One of my favourite hotel
Beautiful place, good food and friendly staff. Hotel area is beautiful with breath taking views. I would love to come back one day to this hotel ❤

Nydelig beliggenhet
Fint hotel, nydelig område og beliggenhet. God rengjøring på hotellet og på rommene. All inklicive... maten var forferdelig trist, kall mat og den smakte ikke veldig bra heller. Fikk servert drinker i type tannlegeglass, med andre ord plast. Ikke bra det der. De hadde ikke rødvin, noe som for meg er et must til mat.

Supert hotell for solferie med deilig strand
Veldig hyggelig personale. F.eks satt min kjæreste veldig pris på at de har fotograf som hjelper til å ta ekstra gode bilder fra ferien. Vi var litt skeptiske etter taxituren, men fra det øyeblikket vi satt våre føtter i resepsjonen og fikk oppleve hotellet, stranden og det gode liv forsvant all skepsis. På kvelden kunne dusjen hatt varmere vann uten at det var noe problem. Det er ikke Wifi på rommene. Hotellet tilbyr mat der man forhåndsbestiller bord på restauranter(eller buffet som ikke må bestilles). Min anbefaling er å velge buffetmaten som vi opplevde som bedre - selv om service og restaurantfølelsen kanskje kan veie opp for at maten ikke stod til forventningene - på noen av de tre alla carte restaurantene. Veldig deilig med all inklusive ferie hvor servicen og trygghetsfølelsen ellers var upåklagelig! Vi koste oss masse og kommer tilbake - gjerne flere ganger!

Sentral beliggenhet til lokal strand og butikker.
Dette var et hotel med veldig god og variert mat. Alle restauranter hadde god mat. Rengjøring var det ingen ting å si ¨på. Vi hadde flott havutsikt når vi bestilte havutsikt. Internett på rommene virket tidlig om morgen og kvelden. Ellers var det bestandig internett tilgang i resepsjonen. Hotellet kan trygt anbefales.

My bathroom was full of bugs, someone went to clean it but just put a chemical in there that left a bad smell and lots of dead bugs. Room Was outdated and not a huge selection for the buffet.But the Staff were are very nice and waiters in the buffet were very attentive to our needs. Received a massage at the spa, the ladies were all very sweet and professional. We did have a good time just the resort needs some TLC.

El hotel ofrece un ambiente tranquilo. El check in fue rapido, pero no nos ofrecieron ayuda para llegar a las habitaciones, cuenta con poco personal, lo cual puede causar largas esperas para ser atendido, en especial el area de bar. La mayoría de las bebidas estaban caliente y en cuanto a la comida no ofrece mucha variedad. La “vista al mar” que promete estaba completamente obstaculizada por un árbol. El aire en la habitacion no funcionaba y nos quedamos sin servicio de agua potable.

I enjoyed my stay, the property is well kept. The staff is courteous and super friendly. I did not like the limited food options, i think if this is fixed the hotel would be an excellent vacation option.

Un hotel que se le puede dar 2 estrellas como mucho. El servicio de muy mala calidad, la gastronomía no sirve. Poca variedad y mala. Las habitaciones peores, camas pequeñas y el aire prende y apaga de noche. No dormí del calor. Entraron y nos llevaron las toallas, tuvimos que salir a buscar una mucama porque nos queríamos bañar y no teníamos con que secarnos. Para usar las toallas después del chek out hay que dejar garantía económica o material. El personal es totalmente odioso, el cliente tiene la razón para ellos no existe. Les recomiendo cualquier hotel menos este. Mejor irse a Punta Cana, si no se pueden ir, Senator es una buena opción.

The people at the front desk was very attentive and nice. However, the room I was in, the toilet wasn’t flushing and the bathtub wasn’t draining. The lifesaver by the pool was really annoying and had a nasty attitude because they wouldn’t allow kids at the big pool even if they are with their parents. The previous day we were in the pool and the lifeguard didn’t say anything cause according to him the pool was empty so there was no need for the kids to come out. This just shows negligence and I was very disappointed. Also, the food was not great and it was hard to find something that I really liked.

A lot of the staff were friendly a lot of them were also not. There is no room service. Very strict rules to make reservations for dining. Only 1 hr in the morning. Everything else is Buffett

Everything you need is right there on property. You are also within walking distance to other shops and great restaurants. The food is not the greatest but im very picky. You can get a cab also from there. And they have a shuttle to the airport. Beautiful beach. I would not recommend walking around town at night.The staff was wonderful. Maid services were also wonderful. Very nice people and very fun nightlife. We made so many friends. The downside was a leaky sink that no one fixed. But we dealt with it because we only slept in the room for the most part. Also they would not convert our money to peso. They have a very nice gift shop. They have nightly shows for intertainment and interaction with the guest. Bottom line I recommend this hotel for a nice get away....

Casa Marina Beach & Reef was convenient. The place is huge - has incredible views!! The front desk and the house keeper Monserrat were the best bet all around. I lead with this cause it was disappointing to witness how we were treated by everyone else. It was a girls trip and apparently Sosúa is not the place to go for women. Due to the high volume of men seeking play time with the ladies. We assumed that’s why we witnessed such horrible service from the women. I stayed for 7 days. The amount of times I watched women over serve the men and treat my group like we were invisible was disheartening. There was one male serve who actually went above and beyond for us. His name was Martin. If you meet him that’s your guy. We made sure he served us each time. The food is a hit or miss. I noticed 2/27 the food at buffet was the most exceptional. I think they change the chef pretty often or something. The Wi-Fi only works in the common areas The club opens only 2 hours The alcohol was okay starting to think resort alcohol watered down. The convenient store was a gem! The shows were nice I wish they were more clear and direct about the activities available through out the day like the bachata classes. That could have helped us plan accordingly. If the band is placed too tight in your wrist - remove it yourself and return with it in hand because they won’t help you otherwise. The gym was cool I may return just for the views.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful in general. However, there were broken things around, the towels kiosk closed two hours before the pool did, and the food was was subpar. This hotel has a lot of potential with better food and more staff. It's beautiful but it could be wonderful place.

Very friendly all inclusive resort. Including staff.A/C worked great. Unlimited drinks, but not very fancy ie frozen pina coladas were not made with a mixer. One of the Beaches was closed a few days due to rough waves. Our room lacked Hot water first few days. Shower fixtures were decrepit. Recommend paying extra for the upgraded rooms. They were fine. Plenty of food choices. Clean dining rooms. No wheel chairs are available. Entertainment was amateurish. Almost 2 hr drive from STI airport. Book the closer airport. Can't complain much as we got what we payed for.
