Casa del Capo is a property located about two kilometers from the center of Sorrento in a residential area called “Capo di Sorrento,” the promontory that forms the western boundary of the Bay of Sorrento; an area characterized by an enchanting panorama and olive groves that slope down to the sea.
The property, a beautiful villa surrounded by a large garden with a pool, enjoys a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius.
The villa’s owners offer guests two recently renovated, independent houses, each accommodating up to four people.
The houses feature private terraces furnished with outdoor seating and have access to the garden and the shared pool with the villa’s other guests (maximum of eight).
The poolside sun deck is equipped with sunbeds and lounge chairs; the garden features a covered area with a dining area, barbecue, and pizza oven, which guests may use upon request.
The owners have two medium-sized dogs and, whenever possible, will consider requests from guests traveling with a small-to-medium-sized dog. The dogs are well-behaved, friendly, and used to meeting new people.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In the garden and near the pool, minors and children must ALWAYS be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Use of the pool between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM must be arranged with the owners.
BOOKING INFORMATION
The advance payment required to confirm reservations is 40% of the rental price. The balance must be paid 35 days prior to the check-in date.
The refundable damage deposit, managed by VRBO, is 250.00 euros per home; the deposit must be secured through VRBO. On the day of departure, we will ask VRBO to refund the deposit after verifying that there is no damage and/or excessive dirt in the property.

Utilities, final cleaning service, and laundry.
The flat fee for utilities, final cleaning, and linens is 100.00 euros. This fee applies per week or for shorter stays; the service includes one set of towels per person and one set of bed linens per bed per week, or for a shorter stay. Payment for this service is handled by VRBO.
We will not be able to apply the flat fee for electricity usage if the air conditioning systems and other appliances are used indiscriminately, resulting in energy waste. In this case, we will be forced to charge a surcharge of 1.00 euro for every kWh used.

HOUSE RULES
Welcome to Casa del Capo
Dear guests, the rules to be observed in our home are not only
those established by law, but more simply those dictated by common sense and
mutual respect.
We therefore ask that you take a moment to read the following
rules:
- Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- The areas in front of your accommodation are for your exclusive use; all
other areas are common and therefore shared with any other guests and with
family members. Please respect the normal
rules of order and coexistence and avoid noise and the use of equipment
that may disturb others. Total silence must be observed between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and between 11:00 PM
and 8:00 AM.
- Use of the outdoor kitchen and dining areas, as well as the pizza oven
and the barbecue, must be arranged and authorized by the owners.
- Electricity consumption is included in the price, but
excessive use of air conditioning and lights will result in an
additional charge. The surcharge will be calculated at a rate of 1.00 euros per kWh used.
- In the pool area and garden, minors and children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult.
- Unregistered guests—that is, visitors—are not permitted on the property
without our specific approval.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms
- Please do not leave any items unattended inside the room.
We accept no liability for theft of personal items or belongings
- Please take special care to ensure that, while using the pool,
no objects fall into the pool or remain on the bottom that could damage the
pool cleaning equipment.
- Please do not use white bath towels in the pool; if you wish, we can
provide you with colored towels for €5.00, which you can also take with
