Casa Milena is a lovely holiday home located in the center of Sorrento.
Its location is certainly one of its strengths considering that supermarkets, bars, pharmacies and restaurants are practically around the corner.
Furthermore, Sorrento, in addition to being a very popular destination for tourists, being quiet and pleasantly livable, is also well served by public services, railway station, and maritime transport, making it possible to reach places of historical, cultural and landscape interest such as Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri, Ischia, Naples and the Amalfi coast in a simple way to say the least.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and offers two entrances:
the first directly from the condominium, the second from the private courtyard behind the building.
In the courtyard, available to guests, we find a swing to delight the youngest and a table with chairs to enjoy pleasant meals outdoors.
The atmosphere that welcomes us at the entrance to the house is very pleasant:
the light that enters from the windows and fixtures reflects on colors ranging from intense green to cobalt blue intertwining with particular details typically coastal style, such as the famous majolica.
This style traces all the rooms of the house.
The dining room consists of a large and comfortable sofa, a nice TV and a large table with chairs for 8 people.
Casa Milena can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.
In fact it consists of three bedrooms divided as follows:
the first bedroom, with double bed, spacious wardrobe, TV and access to the balcony;
the second bedroom, on the other hand, with a window overlooking the courtyard, has two single beds;
finally the third and last bedroom can accommodate three people with an additional bed and has a private bathroom with shower.
A second bathroom, also with a shower cabin, is outside the rooms.
In addition, the apartment has a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for the preparation of delicious meals.
Air conditioning and Wifi are available throughout the property.

Rental rules
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 3 nights
A cash refundable deposit of 300 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
Check-In time is from 14:00 to 20:00; Checkout is by 10:00.
