We are very proud to be a B&B family-run business, so since we are not a hotel, we do not provide night service, but we are available every day from 07:30 am to 09:00 pm. We are always happy to help our guests by providing them with all the needed information. In your case, we also had a written chat correspondence where we replied to all your questions about private transfer, ferry to Ischia, Capri/Amalfi tours, beach clubs, and restaurant reservations. Moreover, we have fulfilled your every request as quickly as possible as you have seen and written. (Extra pillows, air-conditioner maintenance, extra set of keys, help with canceling a tour to Capri and restaurant twitch you had previously booked by yourself) Palazzo Starace is based right in the historical center of Sorrento in an antique building without an elevator but only with a lift for luggage. Your room was on the bottom floor, howsoever this info is always well specified to our guests before their reservations. We want our guests to be happy in our home, so we are sorry that this was not the case for you.
