Our Bright and Central apartment in Sorrento, which was also recently renovated, can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests and includes:

Living Room:

The open plan living room is complete with all of the comforts, a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate an additional guest, TV and has direct access to the private terrace area where you can enjoy the view that overlooks the Gulf of Sorrento.



Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with every kind of accessory and all of the essentials you will need to cook a homemade meal, including fridge with freezer, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher and more, it even includes a coffee Moka.



Terrace and Balcony:

The Private Terrace can be accessed through the kitchen and living room and is complete with sofas, chairs and coffee table. It’s a great place to enjoy your morning coffee as you can also admire the sea view from here. You can also find the washing machine with laundry facilities on the balcony which you can access through the master bedroom.



Guest Access

During your stay, you will have complete private access to the whole apartment including the balcony and terrace during your stay with us and there are no common or shared areas with other guests. The apartment is located on the third floor, so you will have the option to take the elevator or stairs to reach the property.



Other details to note

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



• Cleaning fee: 80€ total per stay

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Pets Fee: 20€ per pet, per night

• Late Check In cost: 50€ (7.00 pm - midnight)



Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.



Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance. Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
