The hotel is certainly a 4-star hotel, and we find it quite rude saying that is not, as we try to renew it every once a while. We provide a wide range of services for all different needs and the price obviously depends on various things -also, you will difficultly find cheaper places in Sorrento. Moreover, the price of the transfer is not something in our control as you can imagine, as it is a service that we offer in collaboration with some agencies around the place, and if they charged you that was depending on your specific case.In any case, you could had tell us that you were not satisfied with all of our service during your stay here, and we could have made something for you.Anyway, we hope to welcoming you again in the future, hoping to face a better behaviour from your side.Kind regards,Front Guests Office

Dear Sears,thank you for giving us a feedback.We are so sorry that you didn't enjoy our services, as we do our best to provide the best possible experience.We have different kind of sea view rooms and not just at the 5th floors and the gym (that is free) provides several fitness equipment pieces that work properly.
