«Lovely big room & we had a spa bath which was upstairs - did take forever to fill & the water wasn’t very hot. Bathroom was nice, with toiletries & clean towels daily. Giulia, was very helpful & pleasant. Overall a lovely stay. »

«Wow, Wow, Wow!!! We stayed in this beautiful hotel on a recent trip to Sorrento. Everything about it was beyond our expectations. First, it is nestled in the heart of the charming historic district ... easy walking to everything. It is so filled with class and charm, and the staff are so very thoughtful. «Salvatore was wonderful. He was kind and met us on the lane as we were walking toward the hotel and took my luggage from me. He recommended three wonderful restaurants. The only issue we did not understand was the breakfast. It was never offered to us and we never saw anyone using the breakfast room. We aren't clear about whether we should have ordered a breakfast or if it was included. Other than that, we would stay there again.»
