The main room, combining a dining area and lounge, opens out through large bay windows onto a large south-facing wooden terrace overlooking the garden. This pleasant setting invites you to lunch or dine outside in the Landes sunshine.
The kitchen opens onto the dining area: functional and modern, it includes a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso.
Bedrooms and sleeping areas on the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: with wardrobe, equipped with a 140 cm bed and a toilet. This room also has a shower room adjoining the toilet and communicating with :
Bedroom 2 (for children): equipped with a cupboard, a 90 cm bed and two bunk beds. It also has a toilet that connects to the shower room in bedroom 1.
Bedroom 3: overlooking the rear garden, with a 140 cm bed and vanity unit.

Additional lounge: with a large corner sofa ideal for relaxing in front of the television. This bright room opens onto a south-facing terrace with views over the garden. A desk completes this space.

Laundry room: located at the rear of the villa, with washing machine, tumble dryer and walk-in shower.

Enjoy a large, natural, wooded garden. The south-facing terrace is perfect for al fresco meals, relaxing moments or aperitifs under the Landes sun.
