From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond. We were able to park directly in front of our room and received a room that made it easy for my partner who has mobility issues. Breakfast was served in the other building and while it was a little difficult for him to get there, The breakfast was definitely worth it. We left something behind at the hotel and I realized it a few hours after we left. I called the hotel and they had already found it. Removed It from the room and we’re holding it safely in the office for one of our relatives to pick up. They bent over backwards with kindness and we’re beyond friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Quiet hotel about an hour from Yosemite, staff was very friendly. Cute rooms, the power went out for an hour but gave us great stargazing views. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Fantastic location and cute property, although it’s right off the main drain so it is noisy. Helpful staff The tub wasn’t properly cleaned and smelled strongly of bleach. But overall I would stay again.

It can be a noisy experience because the rooms on street-side can hear all the street traffic plus the cars parked only feet from your door. choose a third-floor room at the back of the property. Complimentary breakfast has many choices. Cinnamon muffins are great. Staff in the office , especially Emily, was very helpful.

The best part of my experience was my interactions with the front desk—they are so nice! However, I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not in service when I arrived, so be sure to call and ask before you book your stay. I stayed in room 110, and it was nice. Perfect for a quick overnight stay.

We had a great time. We will be coming here again. The breakfast was very good. They kept bringing more hot food out. I would reccomend the Heritage Inn to anyone.

Positives: The staff was friendly and the room was good with everything we expected. The included breakfast was generous, and had good hours. A staff member even telephoned us on the first night to make sure everything was OK. The wifi was reliable and fast. Negatives: We were lucky to receive a room in the back of the hotel - but in spite of that, there was a LOT of noise from the parking lot on 2 of the nights. People liked to mingle back there past midnight. Also, there was a lot of noise from the room above, which luckily stopped after 11:30PM. The climate control system is also very loud - an old fashioned thru-wall unit.

Nice hotel conveniently located in downtown Sonora, within walking distance of most restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and recently renovated. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is included and very good.

Upon check in I was asked to take a copy of my drivers license. This is the first time this has happened and I was opposed however was told it was their policy. This action leaves me and other people open to Identity Theft if the copy was obtained and could cause problems. There was already a credit card taken so a ID was not necessary.

The place is nice and theyre doing their best to keep amenities and building modern. Staffs are extremely friendly. That being said they like to chit chat so much even though the line to check in is long. I think the management needs to give training to upskilled. The longest check in process I have. They would start and pause to start a new task and pause. Please provide your staff with efficiency training and perhaps update your system and use new tools . Other than that room was spacious, thin walls you can hear the people next door. bathroom was nice and appreciate that they have shape, lotion and that stuff mounted in rather than single tiny ones. Bonus to one employee who helped me with the vending machine.
