Hyggelig!
Var tilbake for en natt, damene i resepsjonen veldig hyggelige. Husket at vi hadde bedt om rom i 1. etasje. Deilig basseng og boblebad . Hadde ikke bestilt frokost, men fikk kjøpe kuponger til 4 dollar per person. God frokost i kafeen vis a vis.

Supert!
Stort rom, god seng og bra bad. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Gode frokostalternativer. Og aller best : basseng og boblebad, mulighet for grilling og bord og stoler der du kan nyte medbragt mat og drikke. Vi fikk rom ut mot hovedvei, litt trafikkstøy.

This is the party hotel and I came to sleep! I requested a refund and they refused . You’d get more sleep in your car!

This place is a total trap house hotel. Prostitute sitting on the bench out front. Lots of tweekers around. Room wasn’t ready on time and when they gave us our key, the room was still occupied by someone from that movie the hills have eyes. 10/10 do not recommend. We ended up leaving and staying down the street instead.

I liked the receptionist who checked us in…so friendly and helpful…and she had only worked there a few weeks. Check out Columbia State Park.

This is a trucker hotel, not the best of people stay here. Pictures are very misleading. Also the fire alarm was set off at 9 in the morning because someone was smoking in their room.

Okay well thank god there was a fire alarm, what if there had been a real fire you would probably would have appreciate the alarms then. But thank you for your feed back. And we have all kinds of different kinds of people that stay here. Okay have a blessed day

Didn't have maid service for second day of stay. Breakfast was inadequate. Room smelled. Floors sticky in bathroom. Was advertised as an 8.2 star facility but certainly was not. Price was very low and that should have been an indication for me.

Very thin walls, could hear people nextdoor and above easily. Toilet was a little low and toilet paper holder installed in weird location, nit easy to use.

We checked out a day early because we couldn't sleep. We stayed in their sweet and the bed was awful and you share walls with the front desk, pool, and main entrance to the hotel. Very noisy.

Close to the freeway and maybe 1-2 miles away, one has dining options. The shower drain was slow on this room as a multi-visit customer over 2-3 years. Soap bottle was not glued to the shower wall in the room we got and the door had to be slammed to actually lock which after 1 time, made the key not work. Aladdin is showing it's age but still acceptable.

Easy to get to as it is very close to the freeway. Good as a base for skiing at Dodge. Rooms are decent size and cleanliness. Parking is good and safe. Breakfast in lobby is sufficeint in the morning.

I was charged $20 for an early check-in, and then given a room that was not “great”. It was a connecting room, so the walls were paper thin between rooms. The microwave didn’t work properly because the glass plate was the wrong size, so it didn’t spin. The phone and alarm clock were not plugged in. The window didn’t have good shades so light from the street made the room bright at night. Plus the window was old and let in a lot of street noise.

We stay in this property quite a bit during ski season. It's easy and right by the freeway. Normally we have no qualms especially the wifi is fast enough. This time around, the body soap was empty so housekeeping missed it. but we did have regular bar soap to use. it's close enough to restaurants 1 mile away for food while more traditional breakfast is just across

Stay away. I am not going there ever again.
The lobby had a cat and it smelled like cat. That is where the poor excuse of a breakfast was served. Wheat bread, english muffin or a sad bagel - no pastries. Two favors of cereal (Fruit Loops of plain Cheerios - either too sweet or no flavor). The bed had stray hairs on it as well as the bathroom. I was supposed to be a non smoking hotel but it had a strong smell of someone smoking weed and well as animal smells.

Don't stay here if you value safety.
If you value security this is NOT the place for you to stay. All exterior doors are left open at all times, they don't wven latch closed. The TV is terrible, you have to turn up so loud to hear and you can hear orhers through walls and ceilings. There is a cat that roams the lobby 24/7, witnessed it walking where the breakfast area is, totally inappropriate. If you want someone from front desk and they are not there, you can find them all smoking out adjacent the the smimming pool. On a holiday weekend they ran out of all food for breakfast by 8:00. If you silence stay on an upper floor, we witnessed thumping on our ceiling constantly and told desk and they didn't do anything about it. I should have attached photos, but forgot. Only thing decent was the beds, although pillows sucked.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, But "don't stay here if you value your safety" is ridiculous. Again were sorry YOU did not enjoy your stay. Were you hurt ? Was your property damaged? Did you see any one in harms way? I did not think so , so to say that is crazy. We have cameras on the entire hotel and I fill safe here. But are apologies if you did not. Have a blessed day

Decent hotel for the price
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room itself was clean, although a bit dated and the beds were a bit old and uncomfortable. My only complaint was that the bottles of shampoo ECT, were empty. You can hear doors slamming all night, but I think it was just other guests. You get what you pay for, but overall a good hotel for a night or just a place to sleep while you do other things all day.

Great value
Nice one night stay. Would have been a perfect score if it wasn't so loud. A PGE tree crew was there and for some reason they seemed to think it was ok to yell in the hallway in the early morning and late at night.

Disappointed with hotels.com & Aladdin inn
We didn’t stay at the location. I booked on a Wednesday night during a slow week. I explained to the representative that my husband got his hand caught in a snow blower blade and had surgery to attach his finger. We also have a newborn baby. We needed to stay near the hospital because his surgery discharge was after 11pm and the hospital encouraged us not to travel in winter snow. We are having financial hardship but I booked w hotels.com to keep my family safe. I was hoping for a human understating response but it felt like I communicated with robots who didn’t care except about making money. The hospital staff felt terrible and gave us a free hotel 5 minutes after I already booked with hotels.com. The hospital showed human kindness and we were grateful. I called hotels.com to cancel 10 minutes after I made the booking and was unable to get a refund. I will be going back to that hospital but most likely won’t be using hotels.com in the future. Janis at the Aladdin inn was aware of the situation and her manager at Aladdin did not work with hotels.com to help my family during a tough time.

Cozy place to stay
Nice place to get rest in ski trip. Hot tub operates year round. Staff are very courteous and address requests right away. Beds are comfortable. Complementary breakfast is always a plus.
