Enjoy this quiet 3BR/2BA retreat, home-away-from-home in Sonoma. Features a spacious backyard to enjoy the sun, gardens, and hot tub. Nestled a 10 min drive from the Historic Sonoma Plaza and Glen Ellen, in the peaceful neighborhood of Hot Springs-Agua Caliente (the Foodie zone).

The interior is open, inviting, and cozy. You`ll never want to leave!

Please note Sonoma regulations:
1) No amplified music outdoors allowed
2) Quiet hours 9pm-7am (no outside noise)

This 3BR/2BA home has a serene and calming atmosphere. The backyard is spacious and has plenty of seating areas in the sun and under the awning, so our guests can enjoy spending the day outdoors relaxing. End each day with a dip in the hot tub as you gaze upon the beautiful garden, under the bistro lights, or the clear Sonoma skies! The backyard garden features blooming roses, Japanese maple trees, jasmine, wisteria, and fresh herbs. It`s the perfect place to soak up the sun and connect with family and friends.

Inside the home you will find an open concept layout with plenty of space. At the end of a great day exploring Sonoma, curl up in the living room with the easy-to-use gas fire place. The home has voice activated lighting and temperature control for your convenience. There are also books, games, and puzzles for your enjoyment. This retreat is the ideal space for relaxation and a great place to celebrate a birthday or catch up with family and old friends. The home is also eco-friendly with solar power!

The home located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood within minutes to fantastic vineyards, including BR Cohn, Hamel, Imagery, and Loxton, among many others. It’s also a short drive from the Fairmont Spa, gourmet Mexican food, ice cream, and bakeries (see our guidebook!). For a day in the outdoors, drive to Jack London or Bartholomew (all within 10-15 minutes) to enjoy a day of hiking among vineyards, rolling hills, oak trees, and beautiful vistas.

We would love to host you in our home-away-from home, but we ask you please be mindful of noise. Quiet hours are strictly enforced in Sonoma County and loud gatherings are prohibited and can result in fines and losing our license. Thank you for doing your part to maintain our peaceful neighborhood!

A car is essential with most things you will want to see within a 10-15 minute drive (wineries, restaurants, hikes, etc). Two parking spots in front of the house with a two car maximum. No street parking available or permitted.

Biking is also possible as there are wineries within a 10 min bike ride! But please note that the bike route will involve biking alongside a highway.

Drive or bike to nearby wineries, and to town from this quiet setting down a dead-end street. Wander the picturesque single-lane roads with cottages from the days when San Franciscans came to take the healing waters of Agua Caliente and Fetters Hot Springs (still available at the Fairmont Inn and Spa)

Best to get around Sonoma by car, biking is another option if you have some experience biking

IMPORTANT: NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED! This includes loud music/conversation or hot tub use after 9pm. The Sonoma County mandated quiet hours are from 9pm until 7am and is strictly enforced with fines and a loss of our license. To comply with County regulations, the home uses Minut -- a device provided by AirBnB to monitor excessive noise and detect crowds.

Our house is located on a quiet street and we know our neighbors well. We expect our guests to respect the neighborhood, house rules, and Sonoma County regulations. Thank you!

House was clean, everything we used did work (though the microwave has a cracked, but still functional door). Parking with one car was fine - would be tight with two large SUV. WiFi worked great. Instructions and communication with host was great - checkout process far easier than most homes. Would stay here again.

Picture perfect!

The house is amazing - super clean and well stocked. Threw adults were very comfortable and 3 couples would be as well. Centrally located to shops and restaurants and wineries. The backyard is breathtaking. Our only criticism would be to have more comfortable seating outside so you can really enjoy the yard - the wooden chairs aren’t very comfy. A patio heater would be nice too as it was a bit chilly during our stay. But honestly this place is perfect and we will 100% recommend and would also definitely book again. Thank you!

Girls Getaway

We had a lovely time at the Hidden Gem home in Sonoma! It was a quick 10 min drive from downtown, easily accessible by Uber. The kitchen had all of the amenities we needed to make breakfast each morning, and the TV was equipped with streaming services that were simple to connect to. We also appreciated the hot tub was heated and ready to go, we did not need to wait hours for it to heat up. We had a group of 5 and fit everyone comfortably. Michael was very communicative and helpful. Would visit again!

Amazing, Beautiful & Peaceful!

This home is beautiful. Really immaculate in terms of cleanliness & perfect amenities. Awesome location for easily navigating downtown Sonoma & the surrounding wine country. Michael is an amazing host with clear directions & prompt communication. Honestly, everything was so easy & really quite comfortable, clean, and overall perfect. I highly recommend this property, and I’ve stayed all over the Sonoma Valley!

Gracious and Beautiful

Once we walked into the house, we were immediately overjoyed. There were great bedrooms with lots of room and comfortable beds. There is a wonderful kitchen that we used to cook and enjoy the wine we purchased while visiting both Napa and Sonoma. It was close to everything we wanted to see and we were able to enjoy just relaxing at the house and in the hot tub. This is definitely a place we would enjoy renting again and will suggest it to friends and family.

Perfect location!

I was visiting family in Sonoma and this house was perfect for us. The gardens were amazing! Relaxing in the hot tub surrounded by all the roses was fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed. My 96 year old mother -a spry 96-er- felt right at home. Opening the shutters in the master bedroom provided a glorious view of the gardens, as well. When we return I’ll definitely be checking this houses availability.

Five stars even with snafus

It’s easy to give a five star rating when all goes well. But when there’s a problem and you can give a five star rating, that’s when it really counts! We had a problem with the gas, no fault of the owner. He responded immediately, worked with us to troubleshoot, drove an hour to come over right away and when he couldn’t resolve it, stayed until PGE fixed it. Now that’s good rental management! The house is very comfortable and the hot tub was a nice way to start and end the day.

Friends Wine Tasting Get-a-Way

Stated with friends to enjoy some great wine. Great property for two or three couples. Quiet residential neighborhood but convenient to Sonoma Square and Valley of the Moon wineries. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Sonoma Stay

This house in Sonoma was perfect for celebrating our mother's 60th birthday. Thoughtfully designed, spacuous areas to hang out with board games to play, very conveniently located (mins to wineries and great restaurants), beautiful garden backyard, wel stocked, and just a peaceful place to stay. The hot tub with robes made us feel like we were at a spa. Could go on and on about the things we enjoyed--best house rental we've stayed in. The pictures don't do it full justice! Michael is also a delightful host and he helped us quickly resolve an issue of our own making. We can't wait to come back some day soon!
