«AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! The pictures of this accommodation are false advertisement. On arrival there was a musky damp smell in which a candle was lit in attempts to mask the smell. COCKROACH infested in every room, when communication was made to the host he ignored this and had a cleaner to kill them with her slipper. This accommodation is moldy, smelly and not worth the money. AVOID!!!!»

«Good service but really low quality stay»

They arranged a party for people not staying at the hotel while we were there, not informing us that tha restaurant was closed for that day. Same with the pool. And the bar at the beach and pool was hardly open during the four days we stayed. The place is not well maintained, and the staff not very helpful or forthcoming. The restaurant on place does not provide a proper lunch menu, only some chicken nuggets, fries etc., and for dinner pushes to serve two or three course menus with only prices for said options on the menu. We found ourselves eating outside the hotel 7 of 8 days. Swimming pool was nice, but the drain in the entramce/shower area was always clogged, not so nice when you have ...

«Apparently when you reserve a room, you receive an email that has the gate code for property entry and another code for the lock box for key to the room. We didnt receive the email and at 7 pm no one is anywhere to help you. The cell phone signal doesn't exist out there. So make sure you have everything and email with codes or it will take up to 4 hours to finally get the codes for rntry»
