Room was filthy, there was a blood stain on the carpet, counters were gross, mold in the sink, sink leaked, shower was disgusting,there was piss in the elevator, Stevie Wonder could have done a better job cleaning it. Staff was rude, sat there for 10 minutes waiting to check in while the woman behind the counter sat on her phone. I wouldn’t stay at this place again even if you paid me to.

There is a smell in the building. There was trash left by doors that was in the hallway from when we checked in around 4pm until the next day around the same time still sitting in hallway. The walls are stained. Our bathroom was not cleaned before our stay because we found hair on the curtains and floor of tub. And even the “clean” towels had either facial hair or pubic hair in them. And some around the sink/counter. Microwave was gross. When the AC turned on, a smell came out of it. We were close to getting a different hotel. Overall we weren’t happy with our stay.

Hotel location was convenient. Room and facility fine. Check-in was extremely slow and confusing. Clerk was answering phone calls and working on the computer for about fifteen minutes while we stood there after giving our name for the reservation. We were offered two rooms with " single beds" because our reserved room with two double beds was unavailable. We ended up with a room with one queen.

The hotel was close to the places I needed to travel to in the area. The room was nice, and the front desk staff was helpful. The hallways really needed more cleaning. Good for the price.

This is an honest review.. To all the people that rated this 10/10 I am totally disappointed. When I first arrived there were people in the lobby complaining that two rooms they were sent to was extremely dirty. They were sent to a new room then I still proceeded to check in. When I got to the room I immediately was disappointed the room was extremely outdated. The curtain was worn real bad & sink had burn marks from cigarettes I’m guessing. I then proceeded to check the mattress while doing so a roach ran out I immediately left. On my way out the same people that were at this point sent to 3 rooms was back in the lobby waiting on a new room AGAIN. I do not recommend staying here unless you don’t mind these things.

The parking lot was dirty with garbage all around.... The room was clean and comfortable. The stove only had one burner working. Only one roll away bed in the building. Also no map of the building and where things were.... Had to walk around to find stuff. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful.

Staff is so irresponsible in solving the inconvenience caused due to the power outages overnight. It looks like property doesn’t care about providing uninterrupted services. Instead they were rude in answering questions regarding this inconvenience . They should have backup power generators in case of power outages.

No reliable heat on a February night of temps below freezing--no blanket on bed; no blankets available; no communication by phone to front desk--had to go down there and heat problem still not resolved. We were told that heat would turn off when there was no movement in room--like when sleeping! We slept in our clothes. Clearly cost cutting efforts are adversely affecting service. We emphatically do NOT recommend this hotel! There were other problems too (e.g. phone not working)but lack of heat the worst
