«The property was well kept with everything being simple and easy to use. It had everything we could have possibly required, from the bathroom to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washing machine and line if required for longer stays. «Felt like home immediately. Very cosy. The books everywhere, Shakespeare's buste...funny typical English weird dog lamp. Bathroom to die for. Bedrooms gorgeous. Did not see the ferret. And Fairford itself is a gem. Having read many books about the English Tudor times this was perfect as a place to stay and visit Highclere castle, Jeremy's farm and other lovely things and places in the beautiful surrounding countryside.»

«Pear Tree Cottage is absolutely adorable and the garden is beautiful. The entire house is equipped with everything you need for a self catering vacation. «A really lovely house in a beautiful peaceful location. Comfortable ( especially the beds) and cosy. So nice to be able to go for walks straight from the front door and an ideal spot for visiting Avebury and other ancient sites in the area. The owner was friendly and helpful. Would love to return.»

«My family of 4 adults stayed here. It did not disappoint! Tim & Victoria are perfect hosts and the communication is great.
