«My wife and I stayed for just one night. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff and proprietor were very friendly and helpful. We dined in the evening and breakfasted the following morning. The food was good and service efficient, friendly and courteous. Our room was warm and clean and the bed very comfortable. What more do you need from a hotel? We will definitely stay should we go back to the area.»

«Outstanding hotel , from professional and friendly reception staff, to the wonderful relaxing time in the spa, to our stunning room. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. The bath tub even had its own tv on the wall to watch. The hotel was decorated for Christmas, loved it »

«Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice!
Rutland water is only a 15min drive!

«Just returned from an overnight stay at this property and what a welcome we had. All our needs were catered for and the owner went above and beyond. We also had an excellent 3 course evening meal at the property. I would definitely recommend this property and we would not hesitate to return here. »
