Main problem was the wood pellet stove ran out of fuel the second night, and I called Vacasa to get more. They said they'd send someone over first thing in the morning and never did. When it's below freezing, that's a problem.
When I first booked the place I messaged Vacasa asking if there's freeway noise and they never responded (there is, it's not bad, but there's also train noise which is louder).
Before the heat turned off, I booked late checkout (2pm), but they changed the door code at (presumably) 10am, so when we got back to the house at 1pm I had to climb to the 2nd floor balcony to get into the cold house to get our stuff.
There's some stray wood pellets from the stove on the floor, chipped tiles, broken window blinds in the kitchen, but the house itself is functional (aside from the heat). Looks as it did in the 70s probably. Near Sugar Bowl & nearby hiking, but without heat and needing to climb in when the door code changes before your rental is up, you need to stay somewhere else.
