We have ample fans throughout the home and opening the windows and doors in the summer allows the breeze to cool off the home.

There is a $40 charge listed as "Management Fee" on your quote that cover your purchase of $3000 of "all-risk" damage protection coverage on your rental. This is in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in your contract.

>>AGE REQUIREMENT<<
The minimum renter age is 25 years old for our property.
To comply with our renter's insurance, the primary guest who made the booking is required to sign the rental agreement and send a photo of a valid government-issued ID before the check-in date. This will help ensure a smooth check-in and verify your reservation.

>SAME DAY BOOKINGS <
We're thrilled to welcome same-day I bookings! Just reach out to us in advance to confirm the available check-in time for such bookings.

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am.

As you step inside, kindly remove your shoes to help maintain the pristine condition of our home. We appreciate your care!

>NO SMOKING POLICY <
For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-Cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property.

>PEACEFUL HOURS FROM 10 PM ONWARD <
Respect our neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm. Your consideration is valued!

>DOG POLICY <
We warmly welcome your furry friends! To ensure a smooth stay, please make sure to register your dogs before check-in. Our policy allows up to two pets per reservation, with a fee of $100 per pet. This fee helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for our next guests. For the comfort of all visitors, dogs are not permitted on any furniture or bedding. Additionally, we kindly ask that all dog waste be properly picked up before check-out. Please note, that failure to adhere to these guidelines or bringing unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee plus the cost of any necessary cleaning and restoration.

>NO EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS <
We request that you refrain from hosting gatherings or events in our residence. Let's preserve the cleanliness and respect the charm of our lovely home :). No unauthorized guests allowed! Any parties or events not pre-approved will face a flat fee of $1000 in addition to your booking and possible removal of your or your guests from the property.

➥ Due to its proximity to the road, guests at our Snoqualmie Pass property will hear some road noise, but the serene surroundings and beautiful views more than make up for it.

➥ Due to a burn ban currently in place in the area, outdoor wood burning and fire pits are strictly prohibited. However, you are welcome to use the propane firepit located on the deck, which is compliant with the regulations.

➥ Should you make a reservation within 24 hours of your intended check-in, please note that we might not be able to guarantee a 4 pm check-in due to our cleaning schedule and potential same-day turnovers. In such cases, check-in might be delayed until 6:30 pm. We suggest reaching out to us after booking to confirm your specific check-in time.

➥ 4WD or AWD vehicles are necessary for safe travel during the winter months. Do NOT park on the street or your car will be towed.

➥Guests are able to stream their favorite show and movie under their own account with the ROKU TV Remote. It will automatically remove your account info when you check out.

-Security Camera:
For everyone’s safety, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. It faces only the street and records video and audio when motion is detected. All indoor areas are completely private with no cameras.
