Welcome to Beach Breezes!  This island getaway is sure to please and will provide you with everything you need for an amazing beach vacation.  Practically oceanfront, this home gives you three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one downstairs convenient to the laundry room), an amazing sunroom with amazing views. You can’t go wrong with Beach Breezes!  
Quiet location on an out of the way street. Unobstructed ocean views from the living room, kitchen and  sunroom.  
When you approach the home, you’ll find plenty of parking on the paved driveway. You will be greeted by the open floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining and living areas.  The view from the covered deck and sunroom, which wraps around two sides of the house, cannot be beat!  
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for meal preparations and entertaining.  Plenty of storage lets you tuck your groceries and snacks out of the way.  It is open to the living room to make sure you won’t miss a moment of the action.  A dining table is provided so your whole group can sit down together and catch up on the day’s activities.  
The comfortable living room offers all the amenities of home with bonus of an amazing ocean view!  The vacant oceanfront lot in front of Beach Breezes is another bonus.  Ample seating is provided for the whole gang to hang out and enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV with DVD player.  Wireless internet will keep you connected while away from home and a ceiling fan is included to keep you cool and comfortable during the summer months.
A Public beach access is just steps away.  Just walk through the sliding glass doors from the living room and begin enjoying your oceanview deck!  You’ll find plenty of deck furniture in the enclosed sunroom to sit back, relax and enjoy your unobstructed ocean view.  The lighted enclosed patio is a great spot for you night-time readers to sit out and hear the waves as you enjoy your reading or turn off the lights and enjoy the sounds and views with a loved one or friend.  The only thing separating you from getting your toes in the sand is one small, little used drive aptly named Ocean Drive.  
Back inside you’ll find three bedrooms and one full bathroom as well as a second bathroom on the lower level. Your first bedroom is directly down the hallway on the left.  It features a queen size bed and TV.  Access to the full bathroom is located next to this room.  The remaining two bedrooms are to the right of the hallway and both feature double size beds.  All bedrooms provide ceiling fans for warm summer days if you'd rather not use the central AC.
 The ground level offers a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer as well as a full bathroom to make rinsing off from the beach easy and convenient. 

Beach Breezes can’t be beat for an amazing island experience. Take advantage of all the best that Topsail has to offer while you make memories to last a lifetime. Surfing, swimming, shelling, fishing and strolling along the sprawling beaches offer plenty of activity on the Atlantic Ocean. Topsail has many boutique shops and restaurants as well as several local companies offering rentals and lessons for a variety of water recreation. There is plenty to discover here on Topsail Island!
