Step down directly to the beach for walks, swimming, fishing, or combing the beach for shells, shark teeth, and other treasures. A convenient outdoor shower and sprayer to hose off sandy feet or cool down awaits.

The reverse floor plan has an open and airy top level with two sliders, vaulted ceilings, and nautical decor perfectly situated to socialize when cooking or dining, playing games, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze. The kitchen is well-equipped with a surplus of dishes, a wide array of pots and pans, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to enjoy preparing and cooking meals. The granite island with stools provides ample room for gathering, eating, preparing food and drinks, or just hanging out with family and friends.

The main level has three bedrooms each with smart TVs with cable and access to your streaming accounts. Each of the two end bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms.
