This large North Topsail Beach home is perfectly tucked between the sea and the sound! With beautiful water views in both directions, a private pool, and multiple decks for taking it all in, this coastal retreat gives you a front-row seat to some of the best scenery on the island.

Start your mornings on the ocean side as the sun rises over the water, then wind down in the evening with colorful sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway. With outdoor spaces facing both directions, you don't have to choose between ocean breezes and peaceful sound views — you get both!

Inside, the home offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out while still enjoying time together. The first level features a comfortable family room that opens directly onto the lower ocean-view deck, creating an easy place to relax after a day in the sun. Several bedrooms on this level capture either ocean or sound views, so the coastal scenery follows you throughout the home.

Head upstairs and the views get even better. Large picture windows fill the main living spaces with natural light while showcasing the Atlantic on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other. Grab your morning coffee and settle in by the windows, gather everyone together for meals and conversation, or simply kick back and watch the boats cruise along the waterway.

Step outside and make the most of Topsail's beautiful weather. Spend warm afternoons cooling off in the private pool, then head upstairs to one of the decks to catch the breeze and decide whether you're in the mood for an ocean sunrise or a soundside sunset. Back from the beach? The enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes it easy to rinse off the sand before heading inside or jumping in the pool.
