Living and Dining:
The reverse floorplan puts the main living spaces on the top floor for the best views! The open layout includes a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The dining table seats at least +6 with room for four more at the counter. The beautifully decorated living room is a perfect gathering place for movie night.

Top Floor:
North Oceanfront Bedroom: King Bed; full bath with shower adjacent; access to sun deck

1st Floor:
North Oceanfront Bedroom: Queen Bed; full private bath with tub/shower; and access to covered deck
Middle Oceanfront Bedroom: Queen Bed; TV; full private bath with tub/shower; and access to covered deck
South Oceanfront Bedroom: Twin Bunk and 1 Twin Bed; full private bath with tub/shower; and access to covered deck

Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy the sea breezes from one of the two oceanfront sun decks. The private walkway takes you directly to the beach for a day in the sun. Wash away the sand in the enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower.

Location:
Your beach rental is located approximately 5 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach. You'll love the peace and quiet here! Head to Surf City or Sneads Ferry (mainland) for restaurants, shops and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
