From the third floor of this beautiful home, you will be surrounded by amazing views and a welcoming experience and at home feel in a nicely updated and decorated space. There are amenities and small touches throughout to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The large family room has breathtaking views and incredible natural light with plenty of seating for watching movies on the large screen TV and making family memories. The kitchen is fully stocked and large enough to make full meals or quick beach snacks. There is a large table for family meals or puzzles and game time for the inside days. For more time outside, you can relax with a cup or coffee and watch the sunrise or a cocktail and watch the sunset on one of the 6 balconies with seating. There is also a great tiki bar with hot tub and large outdoor shower. Ready for some down time? There are 5 smart TV’s as well as many games, puzzles and books for some awesome family time and competition! There is a beautiful tiki bar area and hot tub for your enjoyment. There is a large outdoor shower with a rain head shower head to rinse off after a day at the beach. There is also an assortment of beach chairs and other beach gear available (varies at times what all is available as we try to keep things updated and remove anything too worn or rusted). Access is super easy! No need to keep up with keys, you will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. There is parking for 4 cars, there is no parking available on the street as you will get ticketed. There is a Ring Doorbell for safety, but no cameras inside the property for your privacy. Your host or Co- host are always available just message us on the app. Jim our Co-host lives close by and is available. Our home is located in N Topsail in the center of the Island about equal distance between Surf City and Sneads Ferry. We are at a narrow part of the island with beautiful views of both the intercoastal waterway as well as the ocean. We are literally steps away from private beach access to the ocean. Must be at least 25 years of age to rest, there must be a guest of that age staying during the entire length of the stay. ✓ This is a NON SMOKING home. ✓ Dog friendly with $150 fee. Please let us know the type of dog and size. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs less than 50 lb each.
