The units are spacious with the right touches of home. Light wall colors combined with pine trimmings lending itself to an airy space with tremendous views of Harrington Sound. The unit is complemented with a Private Dock and private ocean front access.
Close to the beach, public transportation, family-friendly activities, and restaurants. Good for multiple couples, families (with or without kids), and big groups.
2 Units on the property affords a large family to be in one spot and allows for the privacy of the different sides of the family. Sister and her family in One Unit. Brother and his family in another unit and so forth. Large Patios, Kitchens & living areas to accommodate all.

Very helpful host. Beautiful rental, well appointed kitchen, lovely patio, comfortable beds great place for the family to gather for a out of town wedding.
Loved the house and location. Kitchen was well appointed for meal prep. The view of Harrington sound was Fantastic. Use of the kayaks was a major plus. I recommend cruising to the cove on the east end, excellent fish sightings. We were able to swim off the dock and the nearby public dock which was only a few yards away. Grocery stores were close by. Cornell was a great host. We would easily stay there again on our next visit.
The house was well equipped
With everything we needed and more. The owner checked in with us regularly to make sure we had what we needed. He gave us a way to contact him and
Responded quickly to all of our questions from how to use the bus to where to shop for groceries. A wonderful host and a central location for the beautiful house
The house and location where excellent. The house was very roomy and very clean. Cornel is an excellent host. He will provide a ride to the local store if needed and provide a lot of information of all the important things you need to know about the house, the location, places to see and eat. This was one of the best experiences we have had with VRBO. Do not miss your opportunity to rent this house! Also of note. Bermuda is expensive, no doubt about that. But the rental fee for this property with all you get is fantastic. A lot of value for the money.
Fantastic location for a group of friends to vacation together
We stayed for a week to celebrate the 60th birthday of one of the travellers. The 5 bedrooms (in the combined property) comfortably accommodated 10 people; 3 couples each had their own room and ensuite and the other 4 people shared two bedrooms but everyone had their own bed. The kitchen was a great space that we used to cook some group meals and surprisingly we were able to all sit together either inside or on the patio. Not only was there enough plates and cutlery, there were enough chairs in both locations.The waterside patio was a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or wind down with a cocktail after a day of exploring. During the week we had two gentle mornings where we either slept in or spent time reading, kayaking, paddle boarding or swimming. The space was so wonderful we all agreed that we needed to spend more time in it to take advantage of everything it offered. We decided not to rent scooters or little cars and travelled around the island by taxi and bus. After figuring out the bus schedule the property's location made it easy for us to quickly move around the island. Typically we took the bus from the house and a taxi home.We all enjoyed the stay and when we return to the island we will try and stay here again.
From the outdoor patios to the wide bow window, this home accentuates its spectacular view of Harrington Sound. I enjoyed just sitting on the couch or looking out the windows. Everyone was comfortable lounging or sitting together with the many couches and seats. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook any meal.
We had great access to Harrington Sound (a key consideration in booking) and everyone enjoyed many hours swimming, kayaking, and especially paddleboarding on the Sound. Just lounging by the water was also lovely.
There were 11 of us (six up, five down) and it was delightful to share time together in this idyllic setting.
Cornell made sure we were comfortable and were able to contact him at any time. Our arrival was late due to hurricane Ernesto, but everything was in order at the house.
While visiting we took a bus or walked to John Smith's Bay (lovely, uncrowded beach), walked or cycled to Harrington Hundreds market (opposite end of the road), walked to the Bermuda Aquarium and also Village Pantry in Flatts Village (my favorite restaurant). We had many other excursions, but these were nearby sites we visited. This was the perfect location for a family getaway.
This property was the absolute perfect location, size, and set-up for our family's needs. We started with 11 in our party initially, but ended up with only 8 traveling. There still would have been plenty of room had the others ended up coming!
Having the upper and lower properties with ample space- inside and outside- and all the bathrooms(!) made this vacation one of the easiest and stress free we've ever had. Cornell was so easy to work with, and very attentive to any of our needs! The property is very well maintained and comes with everything in the house you could need.
There is a bus stop very close to the house, and there is a grocery store not too far away that is accessible via the bus as well. The dock area is right across the road from the property and has great views and accessibility for swimming and the many water sport options that come with the property.
It is in the perfect location- with quick bus rides to the either side of the island and less than 15 minutes to Hamilton!
We will definitely be returning to Bermuda in the future and would stay here again in a heartbeat. I would recommend this property to anyone looking!
