Hi Chris. So sorry about the chair. As we are heavily booked, your room was the only one available, and just happens to be our only room lacking a chair, due to its configuration. I would have happily provided you with a wooden chair if I'd realized you needed one. You've been a great & loyal visitor and we're sorry you had a less than great experience this time.
