«Stay at Rm 328 for 3 nights for my son's BMT graduation at Lackland Air Force Base. Thanks for the generous free upgrade to an extremely spacious suite for 3 1. (The airmen stayed for the day and we had to drop him off at the base in the late afternoon.) Lovely and thank you again. «Perfectly good room. Friendly, helpful staff. My only serious complaint is the parking lot, which has several large potholes and had a few areas inexplicably gated off. There were also several quite large tree branches scattered around part of the parking lot, apparently fallen from a recent storm. It seems more effort could be put into maintaining the parking lot. Regardless, I feel like I got a good value overall.»
