Great condo close to the village. Clear instructions from host. Very clean upon arrival, comfortable beds and new high end kitchen appliances. Only downside is check out instructions were extensive. It’s always nice with an expensive rental not to have to do too much up in checkout, which was not the case here. Otherwise, good place to stay for a ski weekend!

Was the perfect spot - super easy village and lift access but just a bit out of the chaos of the main drag. Adorable decor and perfect for our family of 5 - two adults and three teens.

Very convenient location. Rec center with gym and hot tub was not open while we were there which was a huge disappointment. Sleeping space adequate for 5 people but living room more comfortably seats 4. No dining table, just stools at the kitchen bar. Ambiance would be improved with some art — at the moment just blank walls, clean but rather sterile. Would stay again but not for the price we paid.

Convenient and clean

great ski in/out & walk to village

Everything worked. Temp was comfortable. Parking plentiful and convenient enough (not as close as an attached garage like at a rental house, but only a short staircase & 50ft walk or so). Small unit without dining table but worth it for the great location right at bottom of mountain and only a short walk to village for skating, shopping, kids lessons, etc.

Great stay!

The property was just as listed. Very tasteful updated remodel of the original Northstar condos. Nicely done! Great proximity to the village...a short walk down the hill. We enjoyed the condo and our stay. Would rent it again. Thank you!

Shoebox. Would be great if you did not use pictures that exaggerate the actual space. The living area is 12x12 and smaller than my master bedroom at home. For the price you can tent a home.

Great condo

This was a great condo for a couple of nights in the Lake Tahoe area. Arrival was super easy with key code access, apartment was clean and well equipped.

Great getaway spot

This location was great ski in and ski out. It was about a 200 yard walk to the Northstar Village. The place looks just like the pictures.

Cute modern condo very near ski slopes.

Everything worked well and was in order. However, instructions said to look on wall near fireplace to learn how to work gas fireplace. There were no instructions, so that should be addressed.

Upscale & Convenient Location

My husband, two children and I just returned from our short weekend stay at Northstar and enjoyed this lovely, upscale condo. Everything in the photos is exactly what you get in person. The furnishings are all very modern and the kitchen very new and well stocked with appliances, spices, foil/Saran wrap, etc. There is a Keurig coffee maker and an electric water kettle. The gas fireplace is remote controlled and blows hot air to heat up the room quickly. There is no AC but there is a Nest thermostat. The customer service from Turnkey was very helpful and is literally available 24/7. They were able to answer my questions promptly via text, including some problems with the cable TV not working initially. The only area that could be improved is allowing us to have a later check out time. We understand that during COVID, there needed to be more time for cleaning in between bookings. However, when I checked online, the condo was not booked the day we were leaving or any of the weekdays afterwards. Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. It would've been good to have an extra hour in the morning to pack up and eat breakfast, but that is pretty minor. The location of the condo was very convenient and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fun getaway in the snow! We enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out location at Northstar.
