Relaxing Lakefront Retreat

This beautiful, recently built, 5 bedroom home is located at 5 mile point on the eastern shore of Skaneateles Lake. Enjoy 70' of level lake frontage on the cleanest lake in the Northeast. Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes region, located 5 miles from the charming village of Skaneateles, this home features dock, mooring and flat access to the water. Soak up the sun, swim, boat, fish or relax on the porch after a day of wine tasting, hiking or shopping in the local boutiques. The home boasts an open floor plan, fully furnished, 5 bedrooms with 2 full and 1 half bathrooms. Inside amenties include a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, corian counters and cherry cabinetry. Brazilian hardwoods are throughout the lower level of the home, with an inviting 1st floor master bedroom with heated floor master bath.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would have! I met my five sisters here and we spent three days in this idyllic setting. The house was spotless, well equipped, and so comfortable and welcoming. We all decided we would come back in a heartbeat. Natasha outdid herself with thinking of every amenity we could possibly need! It was a wonderful experience.

This was our 5th year renting this beautiful home! Home is very spacious and comfortable. It has a large porch facing the lake with 6 rocking chairs - just a beautiful spot to gather and relax. Our second year in this house and it was just as memorable and accommodating as the last. The owners are extremely responsive. The property is perfect for families with kids as the water is a stones throw from the beautiful porch. Our favorite aspect of the home is the set of rocking chairs that line the porch - perfect for viewing sunsets or watching the kids while they swim/fish. Large kitchen island (seats 6 I believe) is great for card games after dinner and morning coffee. Highly recommend!

Quality house

We stayed for three days over Memorial Day weekend. Even though the weather wasn’t great, the house provided enough space for our family and views of the lake where we all had a great time. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook in, the rooms were comfortable, and when we did have sun, the lakefront portion was nice to hang out on.

Just a great house to gather with friends!

This was our 4th year staying at this beautiful home and we booked for next year before we left! We had fantastic weather and spent much of our time on the beautiful porch in the rocking chairs provided looking out at the beautiful lake. At night we had great fires in the fire pit and it was just relaxing and lovely.

Family getaway

Our group of ten loved this space. The open concept living area, the kitchen, 6 barstools, kitchen table and family room area provided more than enough space for us to entertain ourselves with boardgames and more! The location is great to the downtown area, the kids loved having the yard and the back porch was great for the parents to sit and enjoy the view. If you are considering this house just do it!

Girls weekend

This cottage is absolutely lovely and has every amenity. We had 10 babes in our 50s stay for a girls weekend and we had a blast sitting around the fire by the lake and dancing in the kitchen. The bed were comfy and the place was spotless. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

Fantastic rental!

We are a of group of 6 women who travel together twice a year for a bonding long weekend! This house is the perfect setting! It is layed out beautifully on first floor with open floor plan . There are 5 bedrooms with 6 beds. Everything about this house is warm and inviting. This is our third year here and have already booked for next year! The porch overlooking the beautiful lake with 6 rocking chairs was so nice and there is also a nice fire pit with chairs to sit out and enjoy a fire at night ! Love this place and can’t wait to go back next year!

Lovely week

It was lovely. We loved the willow tree and the easy access to the lake. We appreciated all the things the house offered, especially all the kitchen accessories to make our stay very easy. We also appreciated all the linens, bath towels and beach towels provided.

We loved our stay. Open floor plan was ideal for family. Long counter space for food and drinks was really nice. Super close to crystal clear lake. Rented a pontoon boat and toured most of the lake. Nights were s’mores and a nice fire in the fire pit.

Worth every penny!

I wouldn't say I'm a connoisseur of short-term rental properties, but I've stayed in a fair share and this was the best one by far. The basics: super clean and beautiful inside and outside, great spaces, perfectly described on Vrbo, hot water for many showers, AC/Heat and fans for any temperature, timely and friendly communication with the host/owner, safe neighborhood, quiet and serene, and yet a fun area of the lake. The above-and-beyond: enough lounging and dining/eating spaces for everyone inside and out, a large kitchen with more amenities and utility than most people have in their own homes, fun lake property with boats, umbrellas, large grill, two docks, grass to play or lie in, wood-burning firepit (wood provided), large washer and dryer, enough towels to supply the whole lake community, easy directions, enough parking, large bathrooms and bedrooms, comfortable beds, lots of working windows with screens and wood blinds...I could go on. Bottom line: nothing could have been better and I will rent this house again. Worth it!

Wonderful home in a great location

We stayed in this lovely home for a weekend. The location on the lake was perfect and the drive to town pretty quick. Perhaps 10 minutes a most. Natasha, the host, was great communicating with and made the renting process very easy. We would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely great house

This was our second year renting and we have already booked for next year! This property is beautiful! It has everything you need and is so comfortable. We had just an amazing time! The porch facing the lake has great rocking chairs and there is a fire pit that completes the setting. We were lucky enough to have a great fire , rocking in our chairs and viewing the most incredible sunset ! Couldn’t have been nicer! This house will not disappoint anyone!

Fabulous time!

This house is perfect for a family vacation. We stayed here for our son’s graduation from Syracuse. While far from the university, the house was a great place for our family to stay. It was spacious, clean and a beautiful setting. The hosts were very pleasant to work with.
