Welcome to 302 with a View, the only thing we overlook is the bay! Make yourself at home at our luxury condo that sits on a bluff overlooking Sister Bay Beach & Marina, Lake Michigan, Sister Islands and you can even catch a glimpse of the goats on the roof at Al Johnson’s!

Relaxing, beautiful, cozy, fully equipped and walking distance to all Sister Bay has to offer. It’s truly everything you are looking for!

Close to Sister Bay’s wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. During prime season, concerts can be enjoyed at Waterfront Park and several other establishments nearby and can sometimes be heard from the comfort of our balcony!

Our property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, that can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are ssmart TV’s in both bedrooms and living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, full size washer/dryer and a large, spacious balcony to soak up the sunsets Door County is famous for!

We look forward to hosting you and hope you fall in love with the home and area as much as we have!

Stunning accommodation. Beautifully decorated, very spacious, comfortable, clean, with a great balcony and view of town and bay. Convenient location to everything Door County has to offer. Megan and John were fabulous hosts. They were easy to work with, accommodating, informative, and so very kind and generous. We were welcomed with a basket of wine and goodies. We felt very pampered!! Been coming to Sister Bay for five years now and this was our favorite place to stay so far! Beautiful view, very clean and comfortable. Hosts were proactive and answered all our questions before we even arrived and had time to think of any! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. This place is fabulous. Very spacious and stocked very well! You cannot beat the views. We did not cook but we were very impressed by how stocked the kitchen was. We will definitely stay again! Sorry I did not take photos of the condo but did take a few pictures of the view!

Fantastic property with a great view (as the name suggests!)

This is one of the best and most spacious units we've rented. Bedrooms and bathrooms were of a good size, but it's the kitchen/dining/living great room that steal the show. Very open yet each space is well defined and the seating area contains a large cozy sectional sofa. Kitchen area is well appointed with quality appliances and cabinetry. Saving the best for last- the view of Sister bay and the town is fabulous and the large balcony could comfortably seat 8. Great views of the land, the lake, and the air (we had a bald eagle sighting!).

Location, location, location! The location of this property doesn't get any better. Easy walking (even in winter time) to all that downtown Sister Bay has to offer. The views were incredible along with the unit. It was home away from home, but better.

302 with a View is an incredible condo even better then the photos. The host Megan was amazing. She reached out to us prior to our stay to supply all the info needed. The condo is warm and inviting. Views are amazing and with in walking distance to our favorite restaurants. Megan’s added touch of wine, snacks and robes are what makes this a perfect place to unwind.

Fantastic!

Gracious host was so easy to work with from pre-checkin throughout our stay. Thoughtful and appreciated snacks, coffee and even a bottle of wine awaited us upon arrival! Above it all at 302 With a View

The place was perfect--beautifully appointed and comfortable, ideally situated for access to everywhere we wanted to go in Sister Bay and across the peninsula… and of course the picture-postcard panoramic view from the deck, offering an excellent setting for morning coffee and evening drinks and relaxation after long days of travel and touring. The hosts have thought of everything, too, from the very well-stocked kitchen to the local things-to-do recommendations and thoughtful personal touches throughout. Their communication with us was timely and thorough before, during, and after our stay. If they overlooked anything, we wouldn't have needed it anyway. Our thanks to Megan and John for an ideal vacation base!

A wonderful stay!

302 With a View was everything promised - a beautiful place with all the comforts and conveniences of home plus a marvelous view of the bay from the deck porch. We spent four nights there and could easily have imagined extending our stay. Our living space felt private and we appreciated the quiet at nights. We could easily get to all the things we wanted to see and places we wanted to visit. Happily recommend this getaway for others. We hope to come back again!

Absolutely perfect!

Megan was an amazing host, communicating with us upon booking, welcoming us upon arrival, & reachable throughout our stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it truly felt like it was our own home. Megan's home was so beautifully decorated & it was stocked with everything we needed & so much more! We walked the short walk into town for most of our meals, many activities, and just enjoying the fun atmosphere of Sister Bay. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of space for 4, and the view from the home was reason enough to return. Thank you so much for hosting us - we all had a great time!

Outstanding view and location!

Great location that's private but still close to everything. The views are amazing, and the condo was super clean with every amenity we needed. Checking in and out was easy and the communication from Megan before, during, and after was outstanding. This place is even nicer than the photos and without a doubt the nicest rental we've stayed at and will definitely be booking again!

Perfect spot with incredible views

This place is incredible. Walking in and seeing the view of the bay for the first time is the moment we knew we booked the right place. You are sitting above all of Sister Bay and feel both private and right in the mix. Megan and John made checking in/out a breeze and we appreciated all of the notes on the area that they sent over.
