«Over all a very relaxing and good hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The only little minus I have was the wifi which is only in the lobby and was rarely working. Then again it was also nice to spend some days offline.»

«We returned to collect an item we had accidentally left behind and were told it would already be waiting at reception. When we arrived, it turned out it hadn ’t actually been retrieved yet. We were repeatedly told “2 more minutes,” but ended up waiting around 30 minutes. For most of that time there didn’t appear to be any real search happening. Once someone finally checked the lost-and-found, the item was located in about 30 seconds. The delay felt unnecessary and frustrating, especially since we ...

«We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well»

«This hotel was filled with Russian charter tourists. The place needs a serious update, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are crying for renovation. Wifi was not functioning at all. The service in the hotel was very poor. There were always a bunch of hotel staff both at the reception and in the hotel restaurant, however it seemed like nobody was really interested to help.»

«Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible
Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible.
Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor»

Reiser gjerne igjen! »

«A friendly hotel where the staff were all welcoming. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were particularly attentive. Very comfortable room and bed. Handy for the train station. I found it a bit strange that reception staff would not book an auto or taxi for me but gave me the numbers to do it myself.»

«Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website
The rooms were not clean or maintained
The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard
The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store)
Hot water was not working in the room

«The room is exceptionally good; it feels newly constructed. The staff is very polite, well-behaved, and neatly dressed. I would like to award a 5-star rating to the location, as it is situated in the heart of Goa and the LTC bus stand is just 400 meters away. The building is completely peaceful and quiet. Furthermore, the breakfast is one of the best I have had in recent times. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay, the courteous staff, and the delicious food.»

«This was the most amazing stay I've had in Goa. The whole place is beyond beautiful and exquisite. Its a heritage property with class hospitality. The food was the highlight for us. The chef made a very special dish for us which all of us loved and made us feel very very special. He ensured we had a great time and enjoyed talking with him. A must visit place.»
