This cozy apartment has two bedrooms : one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. In the living room there is also a double sofa bed , making it the ideal solution for families or small groups.
The bathroom is complete and equipped with a bathtub , perfect for relaxing moments when returning from hiking. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee pod machine, dishes and everything you need to prepare your meals.
Guests can take advantage of air conditioning , Smart TV and free Wi-Fi , for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The strong point of the apartment is the private terrace , from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with a view of Lake Garda and the suggestive Scaligero Castle.
The location is unbeatable: the apartment is located a few steps from the Scaligero Castle , the Terme di Sirmione , the lakefront and a short distance from the Grotte di Catullo . The perfect choice to fully experience the history, relaxation and beauty of Garda.
This apartment is located in ZTL so it is not possible to access it directly. We provide paid parking, upon reservation, at the entrance of the ZTL with a shuttle service for luggage transport, offered by the car park itself, which will be available from 12:00 on the day of check-in, until 12:00 on the day of check-out. The property offers the availability to request late check-out and early check-in at an additional cost to be agreed.

Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage.
It is forbidden to accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents.
