The apartment, located on the second floor without elevator, welcomes guests with the living room, double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room overlooks the balcony equipped with outdoor table and chairs for outdoor dining. The apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed, large closet and overlooking the surrounding vineyards. The apartment layout is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.



*The residence hall pool is seasonal and can be used from June to September. Use of a swimming cap may be required.

Also not to be missed is Villa Callas, a residence that hosts events of the musical genre, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica Beach.
