External Description



Villa Rigomagno is an ancient Tuscan farmhouse of the 18th century, located in the heart of Valdichiana, in southern Tuscany. Completely renovated, the property boasts a private fenced garden with lawn and uncovered parking for 8 cars.

Inside the garden you will find some outdoor recreational/relaxing spaces such as:

- a large patio with a dining table for 15 people and a sofa, for alfresco meals;

- a spacious gazebo with a sofa and tables, ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass of wine;

- a playground area with slide, swing, table football and ping pong table, perfect for the enjoyment of adults and children;

- a lovely outdoor 6-seater hot tub, open from May to October;

- a fenced pool (15 x 8 m, depth 1.5 - 2 m), open from May to September, and equipped with sun loungers, parasols and external shower.

At guests' disposal also a brick barbecue, a charging station for electric cars, and a laundry room (with 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, iron and ironing board).

For lovers of sports and physical well-being, we suggest venturing into the adjacent Bosco della Burraia, a small private forest, illuminated at night, including some paths for running/walking and several spaces to discover (such as the relaxation area, the yoga area and the fitness area).



Internal Description



Villa Rigomagno is made up of the main building (set on 2 floors) and a small dependance. The entire property is divided into 5 apartments with independent entrance, and can sleep up to 15 people, has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Two apartments are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor of the main building, while the fifth apartment is inside the dependance.

All apartments are furnished in a country chic style and are provided with: kitchen, tv, Internet Wifi and mosquito nets on the windows. Air conditioning is available in 4 apartments. Each kitchen is equipped with: stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available on request. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost.



In detail, the apartments are divided as follows:

- Apartment 1 (75 m2 - 4 people), on the ground floor, consisting of: 2 double bedrooms, open-space living area (with kitchen, dining table, sofa, armchair, tv and fireplace), 1 bathroom with shower, and outdoor patio with sofa and dining table;



- Apartment 2 (70 m2 - for 3 people), on the ground floor, made up of: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, living area (with kitchen, dining table, sofa, fireplace and tv), 1 bathroom with shower, outdoor patio with two sofas and dining table;



- Apartment 3 (65 m2 - for 2 people), on the first floor with access from the external stairs, consisting of: 1 double bedroom, living area (with kitchen, sofa, dining table, fireplace and tv), 1 bathroom with shower;



- Apartment 4 (65 sqm - for 2 people), on the first floor with access from the external stairs, made up of: 1 double bedroom, living area (with double sofa bed, dining table, kitchen, fireplace and tv), 1 bathroom with shower;



- Apartment 5 (65 sqm - for 2 people), located inside the dependance and set on 2 levels with: 1 double bedroom, living area (with sofa, dining table, kitchen, fireplace and tv), 1 bathroom with shower, outdoor gazebo with breakfast table.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; use of the pool and the outdoor hot tub; use of the laundry; garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (500.00€); pets allowed (10.00€ per day); any extra services on request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 600.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
