The house is arranged over two floors, each equipped with its own kitchen and dining room, ensuring maximum autonomy and convenience for guests. On the first floor are the two double bedrooms — one blue and one red — welcoming and well organized, along with the windowed bathroom with bathtub/shower. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, including the arched room; the bathroom on this level is en suite to this room, offering greater privacy and practicality. Completing the amenities, the villa also features a third external bathroom attached to the house, very convenient for those spending time outdoors. The large living room, together with the reading and relaxation areas, creates a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the villa at any time of day.
