"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the surroundings were lovely, the food was good, and the staff were friendly and service-minded. We really enjoyed ourselves and were very pleased with
our holiday. Unfortunately, this positive experience was
overshadowed on the last day. We had arranged to pick up breakfast because we were leaving early. When I went to the reception to collect
it, I was met by a receptionist who suddenly started shouting at me in front of other guests. He accused me—without cause—of using the
word "fascist," lost his temper, waved his hands
at me, and repeatedly told me to "leave." I found this experience deeply humiliating, unpleasant, and completely unacceptable.
After the incident, I contacted the front office manager, Ibrahim, who apologized for what had happened and for his colleague's behavior. I appreciate that he took the time to listen and apologize. I hope the hotel management follows up on this matter so that no other guests have to experience being treated this way.
Apart from this incident, our stay was fantastic, which is why I am giving this hotel 4 out of 5 stars:))"
