«The shower curtain was in dire need of cleaning: its smell filled the room when we got there, and we let the bathroom fan on most of the time to try to get rid of that smell. The carpets were dusty enough to trigger an allergy reaction in my son and I. The cereals offered for breakfast were not the kind you could call "nutritive" (Rice krispies and Froot Loops). It was quiet though and we slept rather well. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center.»

«The grounds and inside the building had security guards at all times. Garbage bag were left in the hallway from noon until 6 pm. Kids shot through the lobby on scooters like they owned the place. Security guards said nothing. It was pet friendly but the patio and lawn out back were covered with cigarette butts. The room was lovely, but overall not what I expect at a Hilton.»

«Stunning! I was shocked at how fabulous the premium king room was. We had room 909 which was fantastic, extremely spacious, well designed with lots of storage and a beautiful bathroom. Clearly a newly renovated floor in the hotel and it was really great.»

«This was a beautiful property that was close to Kingston. There is no person at a front desk but they were very communicative on what to do and it was no problem getting our room. The space was multiple rooms, including a huge bed, a spacious living room with a small kitchen area, and a very nice bathroom with heated floors! Everything was quiet and very clean.»

«It was hard to tell whether to give it a 4 star or 5 star result to the amenities and maintenance because they were in the midst of finishing a renovation to their front entry. They were managing the disruption quite well, though.»
