«Beautiful rooms and amenities.»

«Loved rhe pool and hot tub. Need to fix you hot tub jets. Bigger towels in the pool. More comfortable top cover on bed,was kinda ruff. Coffee was terrible. Complimentary water would have been nice. Used the mini fridge and it froze everything inside.»

«I had a relaxing and memorable overnight stay at Spirit Lodge. I appreciated my conversations with the host and meeting her sweet dog! The room was clean, cozy and had a very comfortable bed. Loved the view, property, the exquisite log home and the morning breakfast! Will definitely stay again.»

«The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. «Would stay again! The bed is comfy and clean bathroom.I just wish the Breakfast have eggs and bacons»

«Our room was my very clean, there was literally dirt piles in the corners behind the bathroom door. The towels are stained and need some bleach or replaced. The duvet on the bed had dirt on it like it wasn’t changed or cleaned. Gross! The continental breakfast was also poor. The eggs had been boiled in a slow cooker it seems overnight, the yolks were more grey than yellow, and rubbery. There was no milk for cereal or tea, and not many options. Wouldn’t stay here again.»

«Room 113 was absolutely filthy, and I'm positive the bed had just been made but bedding not changed. There were hairs all over it and black specks under the top sheet on the fitted ones that weren't even on either bed properly. My mother's bedspread had some red and brown drips on it which were not stains and mine had a cigarette burn hole in it. Nothing smelled cleaned at all. The carpet was heavily stained and dirty. The bathtub had black dirt/mildew all around the caulking, especially in the ...
