The hotel is old but nicely restored with numerous historical photos in the hallways.
Being an old building the rooms are somewhat small for 2 queen beds. Breakfast was standard self-serve and adequate. AC was an in room unit with a flex duct to the outside that worked well - no complaints. Staff were always helpful and friendly.»
«I like to have clean washcloths each day and they were not provided. The breakfast bar ran out of milk and was not replaced so could not eat cereal the last three days. The staff was friendly and plenty of parking. Overall it was a good, clean place to stay but the little things can make a difference.»
«The property was nice but the pictures of Cabin B on Expedia were not accurate. The first pictures on the site show a complete kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator. When we got to Cabin B it did not have what the pictures showed, the first few pictures on the site were of another upgraded cabin not cabin B, misrepresenting what you get in cabin B. «Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. Two minor concerns: There are several dogs in the area, and their barking can be an annoyance until the quiet down later in the evening. Use of the kitchen is limited by the fact you can only operate one electrical appliance at time. The cook top is a hot plate and there are a toaster oven and a microwave, so you have plan out the sequence you cook your food if you want to pan fry, bake and warm up something for a meal.»
