The Red Barn Guest Ranch is a unique wedding and special event property that was built over 103 years ago as a family residence. Through the generations, this scenic property has served as a gathering place for the families who owned it and the community around it. Today, Red Barn Guest Ranch has been restored to its original splendor and offers world-class event facilities, old-fashioned customer service, outdoor activities, and onsite lodging.

This Cottage is closest to the "Event Center", and has 1 bedroom with a King bed, full bathroom with tiled shower, and a living room with a Queen sofa sleeper, table and 4 chairs, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Please note: Guests may use the kitchen in the Event Center upon availability (please ask first), but there is no kitchen in the cottage itself.

Guests may use the outdoor patio right outside the living room area. This is a working ranch, so we ask that guests check with us first before touring the property. Guests may arrange to use the pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, corn hole game, etc. during warmer weather, upon request.

We are available for any needs guests may have, but we like to allow our guests all the privacy they want- we are just a phone call away!

This Ranch is located in beautiful Peach Valley and is situated on 21 private acres. The wild turkeys and deer might want to visit you in the early morning, but they are pretty mellow neighbors.

Parking is on-site near your cottage. We are just 3.5 miles from either New Castle or Silt, CO, and about 1 minute up from Highway 6.

There is an occasional train that passes by in the distance (sometimes at odd hours), but otherwise, this is a scenic private ranch. We also host weddings and special events at the Event Center. Please check with us if there might be a special event happening during your stay (which rarely is scheduled when our nightly guests are staying here).
