«For an older establishment they have maintained it very well and keep it clean. The staff is very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. I have to say it is the quietest housekeeping staff I have ever experienced. The do their work without disturbing or intentionally making noise to wake you up and get you out! Huge perk!! Overall pleasant stay.»

Insufficient washcloths: We specifically requested extra washcloths, but we were still only provided with two.
Damaged room door: The door to our room would not close properly and was visibly split. We had to call maintenance to fix it, but just three days ...

«Extended Stay Hotel right next door which is a different type of clientele. They tend to hang around on the periphery of the hotel all night which made it somewhat uncomfortable to walk in the parking lot alone.
During breakfast, a homeless man would come and serve himself with no shoes and extremely dirty clothing, which made it a less appealing environment for some to have breakfast in. He was never asked to leave or provided with food to eat outside of the hotel. I would have had no problem ...
