Flott hotell med god plassering.
Store rom med god plass og godt utstyrt. Personale som var svært opptatt av å løse de spørsmål vi hadde og fortelle om området. Meget bra restaurant. Kun 17 min med tog til Firenze! Eneste minus var manglende lydisolering mellomrommene.

Enestående service og god frukost.
Leilighetene er rene og komfortable, fint bad og terrasse. Det er mulig å bruke bassenget, men var litt for kaldt nå. Hotellet ligger rett ved siden av en fin slott der du også finner en restaurant. Vi spiste der to kvelder, maten var veldig god til bra pris. Idyllisk område rundt slottet med innsjø og park. Alt er velholdt og rent. Hotellets frukost var nydelig: alt fra pizza, skinke, oster og div.brødmat til tiramisu, yoghurt og kaker! Det tar 5min å kjøre til Signa som er nærmeste sentrum. Vi tok tog til Firenze (15min) og parkerte bilen gratis på Signa stasjon. Må ha bil for å bo på dette hotellet. Service var eksepsjonell, ingenting å utsette på!

Utrolig koselig hotell med utrolig god frokost
Fantastisk opphold på et flott hotell. Deilig frokost med nybakte kaker. God vin, hyggelig personal og fine, sjarmerende rom. Dit ville jeg reise igjen :)

BE AWARE!!! This is not a stay at the castle!!
The picture is lying. The actual rooms are in the bottom of the main picture. We were disapointed because we desided to stay this far from Florenze just because it was a castle. Well, what we thought was a castle. Another family arrived just before us and made the same mistake. We all drove up the beautiful alley up to the castle but could not find a reception. The restaurant was just OK. We had booked a table an hour after opening and wanted the lamb, but they did not serve that anymore. Yet another disapointment. We had to go for the local meatcourse wich was just OK.

The hotel quality is above 3 * . The personnel is nice, service excellent... no reasons to complain! I warmly recommend it... I will go again, that's for sure!

Short but a memorable stay. The room we stayed at was very unique, well organized with beds, living room and a kitchen all in the same room. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. A lot of quality options with great service.

We are American visitors and stayed in this wonderful villa for two nights. The property is very beautiful and the receptionists are special kind and helpful. We like to come back and stay more days.

Excellent customer service and breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms are huge with AC. Signa train station is 5 min drive and there is a large public parking near by. We parked there twice and no issues. Signa is really small station and has train to SM Florence(Firenze) every 30-45 mins..Receptionist will give you train schedule as well.

Very isolated area, not happy
I have given a month to leave a review due I have mix feelings. This place was listed with a picture of a big building however when we arrived: the only space where the rooms are is a small house that was aconditioned, if you like rural houses and old, you will feel comfy however I am a city person and this is way too small, also I was not comfortable with the location, is in the middle of nowhere the nearest mc donalds seems to be 3-7 miles away thru very odd roads, to get there was a big hassle, and there is no security after 8pm so you feel very isolated

We regret to read that we have not met your expectations We are sincerely sorry to read your dissatisfaction with our country hotel , An integral part of the Villa Castelletti complex is a series of old farmhouses that have been carefully renovated. Two of these buildings own represent the skilful and painstaking detail associated with the resulting restoration . These two structures now comprise our Contry Hotel and our Reception Center and breakfast room. The Borgo Castelletti has 21 comfortable and attractive rooms standard, Deluxe , junior suite, Senior Suite , fully equipped with all modern conveniences. All are tastefully decorated in keeping with the old Tuscan country style. We are in the middle of country of Tuscany We are 15 km from Florence about 3 km from Signa and Comeana, at km 1 , our Restaurant (closed in the winter time Sunday night and Monday all day is only at 80 mt by walk, but neareast ( max 3 km we have Pizzeria , Pub and restaurant alternative ( just for info's Mc Donald is a 5 km and Burger King 3 km )!!.We are always at the service every day for our guests for give any kind of information about what to do with our smile and passion!! As for our reception it is written that in winter it remains open from 07.30 am until 20.00 and we can guarantee that this is a very quiet area Thank you once again for your time and consideration. Thank you once again for your constructive critics, we certaily look forward to serving you again and to have the opportunity to exceed you expectations in a not too distant future. Best regards

Very disappointing location
Breakfast is not all in an entire stay, people also looks for safe roads to park, security, and shops that are nearby. This is in the country side which is nice but is extremely far from anything, very dark place after hours, I paid almost $500 for staying 2 nights and felt it was a nightmare. I could hear neighbors and the place was almost empty
