The Beach
This vacation rental is a 3-min walk to two of Siesta Key's top beaches. The water here is shallow, clear, and calm, with white quartz-sand tide pools perfect for sleeping, drinking, or playing. Your beach accesses are 9 and 10, and they are quieter by Siesta Key standards. A more lively beach scene with food, drinks, and even a weekend drum circle is just a 5-minute walk south along the beach.

The Village
Just an 8-min walk or a 3-min trolley ride or bike ride to 20+ restaurants, plus the best fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even gourmet donuts on the island. Something for everyone in your group and sure not to disappoint.

The Home
This 1BR vacation rental with a full kitchen was remodeled in 2025. It's a uniquely quiet option. While most Siesta Key 1BR rentals are condos, large hotels, or multifamily units, ours offers more privacy. It shares just one wall with another 1BR and does not share a ceiling or floor with neighbors. Common areas include a heated pool and dock, plus games like ping-pong, billiards, foosball, and Pac-Man.

Property Truths
Your apartment bathroom tiles and bedroom accent wall might differ from the photos in this listing. The laundry is onsite and free to guests but only open from 3pm to 11am each day. This unit is upstairs with no one above or below it but it does require climbing one normal single story staircase.

Bedroom Details
This second-floor unit, one flight up, is quieter than most 1BR rentals. There is one queen bedroom with an en-suite bath and a queen sleeper in the living area. Need more space? We can help you book an additional nearby unit.

Household Items Provided
This vacation rental includes towels and bedding, kitchen items, major and minor appliances, blow dryers, and hangers. Basic soaps and paper products are provided as a starter supply. Anything additional can be purchased nearby.

Beach Gear Provided
We provide beach towels, chairs, carts, and umbrellas. If you need anything else, just reach out—we can usually get it for you. Note: This location does not provide snorkeling gear, but it can be easily rented or purchased nearby.

What to Bring
Siesta Key is laid-back, so pack as light as you like. The style is casual, wash-and-wear, and all units have laundry. Anything you forget can be found nearby at fair prices.

History
There's little to no public parking in this area, so even though this is a gorgeous beach, it feels more private than most. When I was growing up on Siesta Key, these beach accesses were called “Palm Island,” named after the small island at the end of the street. It has a bridge and is literally heart-shaped. Back then it was our “lover's lane,” and it's still a great spot to fall in love—or rekindle it.

Post Booking Support

Cars are not required, but you'll have private parking. No check-in restrictions—arrive any day, any time, using a private door code. No checkout cleaning requirements. Free early check-in when possible. No hidden fees or solicitations. We can also recommend the best spots for fishing, fresh seafood, Michigan or Ohio State games, romantic dinners, proposals, eco-tourism, family activities—or even safe ways to lose your kids when you (or they) need a little alone time.

Terms
Payments are 50% refundable if canceled at least 60 days before arrival. Payments are non-refundable within 60 days. Events or gatherings with outside guests require prior approval. Guests agree to hold the Property Manager and Owner harmless for injuries during their stay. Events exceeding occupancy limits are not permitted.

Basic Insurance (7%) – Covers 30+ issues; coverage begins after purchase.
CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) – ~11% total cost; reimburses 60% of trip cost.
Policies must be purchased within 14 days of booking and at least 30 days before check-in. Claims must be filed at least two days prior to arrival. Available to U.S. citizens only.
