Denne enheten har nettopp hatt en stor renovering, inkludert en helt ny åpen planløsning med en utvidet stue og et større kjøkken. Du finner nye granitt benkeplater på kjøkkenet og badene, alle nye gulv med nøytrale fliser i fellesarealene og ny teppe i begge soverom. Begge badene har vakker flis surround (master med walk in shower og hall bad med badekar / dusj med glassdør). I det store rommet kan du nyte det nye spisebordet som har seks og komfortable stuen møbler, sammen med en stor flatskjerm LCD-TV, Blu-ray-spiller og stereo / CD-spiller. Det er gratis Wi-Fi i hele enheten. Begge soverommene har flatskjerm-TV. Det er en konge seng i soverommet, to tvilling size senger i gjestesoverommet, og en hide-a-seng i stuen. Slapp av og nyt den flotte utsikten over stranden og vannet fra balkongen, som har et uteplass bord og fire stoler og to komfortable sjeselonger. Du fortjener en ferie i vårt stykke paradis!

Pleasantly surprised!

We were so excited to see the new sofa, huge TV, and patio furniture! We LOVED #308 It felt like home. The location is superb. The pool was crystal clear, & the beach was breathtaking. We would love to book again! We wrote in the memory book as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo. Everything is updated and well maintained. My only complaint is regarding the beach chairs. I feel like if the condo sleeps 4 and we have stated 4 of us are staying there- we should be allowed to have 4 chairs in a row together on the beach. Not 2 of a certain color, then 2 more that we have to carry ourselves. Also we had friends staying across the hall from us. We were told we could not move our chairs to sit in a group with them.

Was a struggle to get them to work and heard several others grunting when trying to get in as well. Other than that its a great place and will go again someday!

Our main complaint is that the area rug and sofas could benefit from a good cleaning. The kitchen had everything you need except maybe a large coffee maker. (To be fair it has a four cup coffee maker and a Keurig but a larger one would have been helpful with 4 adults occupying the condo). The main space is pretty large and has plenty of seating (it is set up differently than pictured). The view wasn't so great but it was convenient to the beach and some local restaurants.

Siesta Key Beach

Great Beach, not crowded at all this time of year. Condo was perfect for my wife and our friend. Easy access to the beach, usually had the pool to ourselves.

Great location t near amenities but most importantly the best beach & pristine white sand.

The condo has all that you need for a perfect getaway! The decor is beachy and has all the modern conveniences for your stay. Close proximity to restaurants and nightlife as well as access to resort transportation to the Village. Walking distance to all that you need or access to public (free) transportation. Property has something for all ages: game room, tennis courts, private beach and rooftop patio with amazing views for sunset.

Nice stay

Property was nice. Umbrella rental was annoying for the price and the fact that you could not bring your own. Support for minor repairs in unit was excellent. Check out was tough waiting on elevator and sharing with housekeeping trying to turnover all the rooms. Overall great week:)

Beds are comfy, as is the sofa bed. All furniture is comfortable and well taken care of. The kitchen has everything we needed, the pool is nice, and the beach is absolutely beautiful.
