    PARADISE begins here in this spacious 4 story duplex with private elevator that goes to all floors. Accommodation for your entire stay with spacious 4 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. Master bathroom provides a jet tub, a standing shower with private toilet and double sinks.
    The top roof floor plays a key entertaining role with a bonus room with two twin beds; its own bar/sink/ refrigerator; a full bathroom and a desk facing the amazing gulf views and sunsets from the patio.
    Cook and dine in the completely furnished kitchen with the open concept to the spacious dining and family room. A half bathroom is conveniently located as you enter the kitchen area. On the other side of the bathroom is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and your beach towels.
    You have the option to enjoy your meals in the dining room or the outdoor balcony off the kitchen and family room. Only one block walk to the famous Siesta Key Beach and two blocks to the highly entertaining Village.
    Generous Sized Rooftop Deck is the ideal venue for Sunbathing and Viewing Incredible Sunsets with your favorite frozen cocktail. Over-Sized Garage with BBQ, ping pong, shuffle board, video games, bikes, beach gear, games & fishing gear included! Pool shared by 4 units and features a gated walk way to the beach. I would highly recommend renting this unit. Great location and easy walk to both beach access 8 and the Village for night life. They have everything you need at the unit for the beach. Great for families. Communication was on time and helpful.

We loved the house. It was fully stocked and very clean. Great location to the beach. Excellent communication with the owners. Anytime I had a a question he answered quickly. We had one issue with a door while staying and it was promptly resolved. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect space for us and our grown kids and their plus ones. The eight of us fit comfortably in the house and had plenty of room to not feel right on top of each other. We enjoyed having the grill for a couple nights of grilling in. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable day on the beach from chairs to sit in, and umbrella for shade and a wagon to pull it all in. There were even coolers to keep our drinks cool and boogie boards for our enjoyment. The only downside was that the walk was farther than we anticipated to the beach. A few days, we utilized driving to the public parking instead of making the walk. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again!

This home was perfect for our family during a destination, wedding trip! The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the beach and to the market down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends reunion

Great place to meet up with 2 other couples and enjoy the beauty of Siesta Key. Beach (beautiful!) and town are within an easy walk. Unfortunately the red tide made outdoor activities a bit less enjoyable but we still had a wonderful week.

Perfect Spring Break with Family and Friends!

This property was absolutely perfect. Perfect location, beautiful, clean, with so much to offer. Our teens LOVED the loft. The pics make living room look small but it is much larger than it looks and there was plenty of room to gather each morning to have coffee and plan out day. Would love to return again!
