The check in process is terrible, I did not receive email to fill out their waiver form as they mentioned that Expedia did not pass them my details. I had to get on multiple calls with them to get the link to fill out the waiver which took time, also I had 2 reservations with them for which I had to fill out waiver twice. Even after filling out the waiver, the access codes to our rooms expired, the office at the property only opens M-F 9 to 5 and since we were there for a weekend trip we didn’t had anyone onsite to help. We had to call the online help again and get help to get inside our rooms, there is confusion with the property access gates even for the help online, since they were not aware that there is a main gate and then another door for the rooms for which multiple access codes are requires.
The main entrance is flimsy and had very bad odour , though the rooms were clean. All in all, I had a terrible experience and a lot of time was wasted in calls!
