Koselig hotell med bra beliggenhet og fin hage
Hotellet hadde god atmosfære og fin beliggenhet, såfremt man får rom ut mot hagen, og det fikk vi. Veldig hyggelig betjening, masse positiv energi.Flott start på dagen å spise frokost ute i hagen, med utsikt over det bølgende grønne, toskanske landskapet. Ganske godt holdt, og deilig med tregulv istedet for gamle, flekkete vegg-til -vegg tepper!

Flott hage med fantastisk utstikt!
Vi fikk velge rom, og valgte et 2-etasjers rom med soverom på toppen. Fra sengen hadde vi utsikt over vingårder i Toscana, det var flott og helt rart at vi tross alt var i en by! De ansatte var meget vennlige og serviceinnstilte. På baksiden av hotellet var det en flott, stor hage med fantastisk utsikt. Der kunne man sitte under et tre, og få servert et glass vin. Ikke så mange restauranter i nabolaget, det var egentlig bare én, men den var bra! Hotellet ligger rett utenfor bymuren, tar ca 20 minutter å gå til sentrum innenfor. Kan anbefales!

Front desk staff was helpful and spoke Fluent English. There is a bus stop close by, but I just walked the old stone streets. They have a nice garden overlooking the nearby hills. Breakfast was well prepared, and the staff preparing they accommodated me.

Sono stato ospite con la mia ragazza per due notti ed abbiamo trovato tutto perfetto. L'albergo una vera bellezza. Le camere pulite e molto belle. Bon emplacement près des remparts et pas loin du centre à pied. Accueil professionnel et charmant. Ce qui est regrettable est d'avoir eu une chambre donnant sur la rue, rue très passante avec bruit de la circulation et pollution. L'hôtel n'était sans doute pas plein fin novembre et c'est donc dommage que le personnel n'attribue pas en priorité les chambres donnant sur le jardin.

Wonderful Hotel, great service, great location
Hotel Santa Caterina was wonderful, rooms a bit small, but comfortable. The view of the Tuscan hillside from their garden balcony (where we had breakfast) was especially beautiful. The only flaw was their window shutters did not let in enough light, offering no view, and leaving the room very dark all the tme!!

Unique and dear to my heart, with breakfast outdoors and a Tuscany view to enjoy. Bathtub was slippery, though, and a mat and some grab bars would be a welcome addition for us older folks.

First impressions worth miles and hours of flights
Upon my arrival I realized I didn’t need to worry about any misunderstanding or looking up how to say my words in Italian, the receptionists “spoke” the courteous smile language, that genuine smile that says more than words and any person willing to go above and beyond have. Only stayed for one day, but surely will come back and stay here longer.

This hotel placed near the city center. It takes 30 minutes to get to Campo Square. Breakfast was a little unique .. not buffet for free self pick up but served by the staff. Any they were kind and nice.

The staff at this facility were very professional, friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great and the service excellent even if you do not speak Italian. If you rent a car, which we did, they have gated parking in the back of the hotel. (Note: there is a small fee for this but well worth it, because finding parking in Tuscany in general can be like finding the holy grail. A word of advise, if you’ve never driven in Italy, don’t; rely on public transportation🤔😂. It’s a nice walk to the entrance of historical Sienna, where we always felt safe even during the night hours. The room might be a little small compared to American standards, but the view out the window and old wood gave the atmosphere we were looking for. Note: our room had a loft with the sleeping quarters on the upper level, the steps were steep; it was not a problem for us but if you have small children or a disability you might want to ask about it. If you need to know anything as the concierge, they are available 24 hours a day and even helped us order pizza for delivery to the hotel on the last night we were there. There is also a small tax you have to pay that is not included in the booking rate, but believe this is true throughout Italy. Overall a great experience and would stay there again.

Muy buen hotel.
Muy bonito el hotel. Cerca de la puerta Romana para entrar al centro de Siena. Cómodo, rico el desayuno una terraza jardín muy agradable para desayunar o descansar en la tarde. Lo mejor de todo es el trato del personal, todos son muy pero muy amables hacen la estancia muy cálida, sin duda me alojaría en este hotel otra vez.

A wonderful hotel!
The unique property with it's beautiful garden is a treed oasis. It has views into the countryside and is the perfect spot for breakfast. The location is perfect. Just outside the gate of the old city. Staff were so friendly and helpful. What a wonderful place to stay!

Nicely maintained 3 star right outside the porta romana. A good step to the Camp and Duomo, but very easily accessible by car. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great view from my room

The room with the balcony had a fantastic view. The receptionist helped us when we need to move/park our car. As the hotel is located out of the zone “ZTL” we didn’t have to worry about the camera.
