Veldig god beliggenhet i forhold til Old Sibiu.
God internett. Lyst, men kjedelig interiør. Helt grei frokostbuffet. Det jeg likte beste med hotellet er beliggenheten for det er rett ved siden av Old Sibiu, og at hotellet tilbyr parkering mot ekstra betaling.

Both good and bad.
Too hot on the floor and in the room. Air condition didn’t work. Only hot air - had to sleep with windows open. Hard bed, too small pillows. Tapestry coming off the walls. OK bathroom. OK breakfast. Nice view towards the mountains and the beautiful city of Sibiu. Location is central.

Sentralt hotell med kort avstand til alt.
Fint hotell midt i byen med gangavstand til gamlebyen og alt av interesse. Greit rom, men det bar preg av å være noen år gammelt. Flott resepsjonsområde og frokostrestaurant og hyggelig service til frokost. Servicen i resepsjonen var derimot dårlig. Der var det ingen hjelp å få da vi spurte om togtider til Bucuresti. Vi ble henvist til "business corner" hvor vi selv kunne google.... De hadde heller ikke kart over byen, men henviste til en lokal bokhandel hvor vi kunne kjøpe det. Dette synes vi er dårlig på et hotell med ****

Our reception staff is able to help and offer information regarding Sibiu, venues to see and visit, what restaurants are best, what clubs have great music and any other aspect about our lovely city. Since Google Maps is intensely used and so praised, we felt that printed maps are no longer of use, but we will make sure to have some at hand for the next time anybody asks for one. Stort sett greit, men...
Helt greit, men synes ikke den åpne badeløsningen på rommene var spesielt god. Det viste seg at vi ikke hadde frokost inkludert og måtte følgelig betale for frokosten. Og det var dyrt, for en ganske stusslig frokost.

Stepping into the 1980 with dated decorations and basic setups. It was a warm day at the hotel but they didn’t turn on ac as it was “not the season”. 4 stars… hmmm closer to 2.5 stars

We apologize for any inconveniences caused.As it is very difficult for us to change the appearance of the building, we place the greatest emphasis on the quality of service provided by our team.Our hotel does not have air conditioning but a centralized air conditioning system that works on heating or cooling (not simultaneously) depending on the season. Thus, the room thermostats can adjust the temperature: warmer/less warm when the air conditioning works on warm air, or cooler/less cold when the air conditioning works on cold air. We are aware of this unpleasant situation and are looking for technical solutions for the existing equipment.The classification of accommodation units in Romania is based on rigorous criteria established by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism and the classification certificates are obtained after controls by the competent authorities. We respect your opinion comparing us with other hotels you have visited, however we are certainly fair and transparent to our guests.

Superb location, dependable and well appointed
I stayed a night in a superior room here and enjoyed the superb location (at the crossroads between the Old town and modern part), the cleanliness, well-appointed room, very good breakfast and friendly staff. In particular the room had a tea and coffee machine, stocked minibar, free bottled water, a fluffy bed, and shower with movable handle. Individual toiletries, including brush kit and shave kit (!) as well as bathrobes and slippers were provided. Breakfast (7-10 on weekdays) was complex with sandwich ingredients, hot options (eggs, scramble, sausages, potatoes), tea, coffee, juices, sweets, pastries, muesli. The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall another greatly placed and dependable Continental hotel. I will return

The design of the hotel is more modern and just to avoid the element of surprise for the guests we have put pictures of the rooms and bathrooms. Indeed this design is not to everyone's taste.
