"Very spaceous high end hotel. Nice large room with quality interior. We were lucky to have view against Tokyo Tower and the quiet park inbetween. Could rest with balcony door open and listen to the artificial waterfall in middle of such large city. The service personel are dedicated, focused and very precise. Swift services such as laundry (1,2,4 or 6 hour priority). Very good 12 lane bowling hall in basement besides a Lawson store. The pricing in the 7 restaurants however are not fitted regular family budget but within 5 minutes walk there are plenty options. We used mostly rail on exhibitions and Hammamatsucho station is only 15 minutes walk away. The 5 minutes walk away virtual reality activity center in base of Tokyo Tower was a winner to our youngster."

"This hotel has convenient location, close to Shinagawa station. But the rooms are small and workspace is poor if you need to work on your computer. If you just need a place to sleep it is very good."
