Hoteller i Shuitu

"The room was HUGE I mean like HUGE. I was in shock. Huge bathroom with both bathtub and shower. The hotel is old but clean in general. Was a very dirty couch in my room but the room was so huge I never used it and it didn't really bothered me. Bedding was clean. towels were clean. The hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere for a tourist but the taxi are dirt cheap so you don't need to walk 17 min to the subway. make sure you have the right address because there are two MCSRH hotels in Chongqing and I did end u going to the wrong one first haha. Warm water pressure almost nonexistent on my floor (8th) so you need sometime to be done showering but it's ok. The reception people were strange though. When I checked inn the girl was more interested in taking selfies than helping me, when I was checking out in the morning the lady in the reception was sleeping and got super angry when I woke her up... strange.... but all in all the price for the hotel was super cheap, the rooms was huge and the stay was ok."

"The hotel is just 5 mins walk to Guanyinqiao shopping areas. The hotel is located on top floors in a VERY OLD commerical building. It shares the public entrance and elevators in which we don't feel comfortable. It doesn't have a double layer window in the room, so it could be pretty noisey depending on the room's direction. Hotel does provide ear buds, but if you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not your choice. We complained about the noise, the hotel was helpful to upgrade our room to the other side. It helped a bit. Overall speaking, the service is good, room is spacious and view is good at night, but the enviornment is not comfortable. Price index in Chongqing is pretty low. You can find a hotel with better facilities in Guanyinqiao at the similar price. "
