breakfast was great. Lots of options. Staff nice and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was cool and not stuffy upon arrival. Dove products in bathrooms. - hot water is barley warm and takes forever to get to the 5th floor. Showers in room and I like a tub. Elevator that was broke beginning of April is still broken. Lots of rooms and people for one elevator. Said they are waiting on parts. Overall nice place and will stay again.

My stay was fine. The room was nice and clean with a modern feel. The bed was comfortable. I loved the huge walk in shower and the type of toiletries provided. I apprecieted the Keurig in the room. I did have a few issues. I called before I booked to make sure there was a room on the top floor. I was told there was and what type, so I booked and wrote in the notes that i was requesting a room on the top floor. When I got there, the desk clerk said i couldn't get a top floor room, that there were none available and that Expedia overbooks people. The clerk in general was just not good at customer service. She didnt look at me while speaking and kept turning to do things while talking. She talked quiet, so I couldnt hear half of what she said. No smile, no welcome, no pleasantries at all. Just like she had no interest in being there at all. One of the elevators were broken. Luckily my room was near the back elevator. The breakfast was ok, but not spectacular.

The room (wheelchair accessible) was clean and comfortable. However, i had an uninvited guest in the suite living area. Lying dead on the carpet was a mouse!!! I took several pictures which i showed to "Paul" on my way out to a concert. They could not move me - no empty rooms due to two concerts and a dog show. However, he did comp my room, and was very gracious about it. The mouse was retained to show Management. I wont stay there again but i repeat - they were very kind and comped my room with absolutely no complaint.

The heat/air unit leaked, so the carpet was wet in the room. The air unit was loud so i turned it off only to listen to the air units in the rooms next to is. There was a dirty rag left in the roo. And no soap in the bathroom to use for the sink. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

It was fine fine an overnight stay, quiet on our floor, and I slept well. The furnishings in the "studio" area were a hodge podge of unmatched pieces, there was no table for a "suite"; it was furnished more as a 2 room studio. The Keurig didn't work.

No hot water
When we checked in they had labeled us as a “no show” and put us in a different room than the one we had reserved. Room had no hot water whatsoever and hair still on the bathroom floor, so we both took cold showers at 3am to ring in the new year. Hot water still didn’t work the next morning, so when we checked out we told the hotel clerk and she said no one else had complained like we were making it up

Beds were not comfortable, they were broken down. There was dust in several places. There was also no hairdryer in the room and I called for one. I was told they were all locked up and no one can get access to it except the manager.

Louisiana trip from Kentucky
The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, the room was clean, and parking was ample. The only downfall was that the pool was not open and with two kids, we were very much looking forward to that, and all they did for that was 'nor charge the deposit' which I think is garbage. A hotel in the deep south, you expect to be able to swim when it's 90° out.
