«We were so impressed by the kindness and flexibility during our stay. They accommodated an early check-in, had all of our luggage from our previous hotel waiting in our room, and even included thoughtful touches (handwritten welcome note). The hospitality was exceptional and made this one of our favorite travel experiences. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!»

«Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa!

«Me and my partner missed the shinkansen and the bus that was going to take us to the hotel, so we got even more behind our schedule of our check-in time. We told the staff beforehand and apologized, they were extremely understanding of our situation. When we got there, we were welcomed with warm smiles and helpful information of our accomodation and they even gave us some snacks after our long travel. »

«Utmerket. Store fine og rene rom. Meget komfortabelt. Utmerket service. Maten var dyr. »

«Quarto maravilhoso, estilo japonês, grande e confortável. A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, meio afastado. O horários do check in a partir das 16hs e principalmente o de check out as 10 hs ,me desagradou.»

«Wonderful experience.»

«The staff here is outstanding! The room was cozy and romantic and the location was perfect!»

«Tradisjonell onsen-opplevelse i et relativt moderne hotell. Anbefales! »

«Incredibile experience of staying in a traditional ryokan. Very calm/peaceful atmosphere and the most lovely staff. Our room had everything we needed however, no coffee machine. There was a cafe nearby though, and breakfast was delicious and included coffee.»

«Upon entering through the sliding glass doors you are transported back hundreds of years to a time long past, as you are greeted with a meticulously detailed reception area, and the kindest and most accomodating staff I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. While checking in we were informed of all relevant houserules, before being lead to our wonderfully decorated room. From the full-room shower to the soft and inviting futons, everything was to our liking. The breakfast the following ...

«The room felt spacious relative to other hotels we visited in Japan, and everything was clean. They supplied all the standard amenities for our stay. The only drawback was the lack of daily room cleaning and a laundry room; however, they replaced our towels everyday, and also shared details about a laundromat three minutes away from the hotel. The staff were very kind and assisted with forwarding our luggage to our next stop.»

«Steal of a deal for this spacious room. Hotel was spotless. Location was great as well.»

«It was a cute boutique hotel and staff was very friendly. My only issue was the size of the room - I know Japanese hotels can be smaller - but this one has literally only space to walk at the foot of the bed - which touched both sides of the wall.»
